I really like how easy this is to use. I am 71. I like to get 20,000 to 30,000 steps. I walk 4 miles in an hour, sometimes under sometimes a little over. I do miss having a cup holder. If it had that it would be perfection.

The media could not be loaded. This is a good treadmill if you’re looking for one that isn’t outrageously expensive or if you have limited space. It’s not as big as a standard treadmill, but it works if you don’t have a big stride. I’ve been using this treadmill for a week and here’s what I’ve gathered: If you are tall and/or have a big stride, I wouldn’t recommend this treadmill because of how short the walking pad is. It works perfectly for me though. For reference, I’m 5’4” and my shoe size is 9 (women’s) or 7.5 (men’s). Features: - You can program it to go a certain amount of time or distance. For example, I always program it for 2 miles. After completing the programmed time or distance, it automatically slows down and comes to a stop - You can set different speeds (2.1mph, 2.2 mph, etc.) rather than just using the numbered speed buttons - It shows how many calories you’ve burned - It shows how much time or distance you have left if you’ve programmed it Flaws: - The “FS” or “Fitshow” app DOES NOT connect to the treadmill. Was very disappointed when I found that out - Would NOT be quiet enough for an office unless you work in a loud office or if you have a private office - The “gesture sensing control” is extremely sensitive. I’ll touch my face and it’ll automatically increase the speed - No “pause” button - The silver part that holds the handles and control center is shaky (see last part of the video I attached). I tightened it all the way and it’s still shaky ... show more

There is a little incline. Not much but some. So far it’s done well for me. Only thing I don’t like about it is the touch handle. There are 2 sensors on the ends where your hands would rest and they sped and slow it down. I’ll be walking with my hands on the handle and it will just speed way up or slow all the way down. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I loved this product until it started to skip and I almost fell. Here’s a video of my Son using it to show what I’m talking about. Is there anyway to correct this? I’m afraid I’ll get hurt.

This is my first Treadmill. Weather is just too hot to run outside, but don’t have a lot of room in the house so bought this foldable one. It is easy to assemble. It’s quite heavy but with the wheels, it’s easy to put into position. Love the phone holder so I can watch movies while exercising!
