    • Non-stop squeaking out the box
The media could not be loaded. I love the size of this stroller. It was exactly what I was looking for. I was so excited that I immediately threw the box away. However on our first long walk around the block I noticed a non-stop high pitched squeak coming from the wheels. At first, I didn’t worry about it but the more I walked the more annoyed I became. If it squeaked occasionally that one be one thing, but this squeak is incessant. I contacted the seller and requested a replacement. They requested a video of the squeak which could only be 4 seconds long in order to be sent over the Amazon messaging system or via Gmail. I fought with the video, cutting it down more and more until it would finally send. Now they are asking for another video with the “whole stroller.” The customer service is terrible. I wasn’t asking for a refund (even though I already bought a a Colugo which is great; very smoother and quiet) I just wanted a replacement. I have a full time job. I don’t have the time to be taking multiple videos and then fighting to edit it down to something I can send. For whatever reason longer videos can be uploaded in the review. So I’ll just leave this here. I really just want to return this and get a refund at this point. There is also a claim that this stroller can be opened with one hand, not ours. Not sure if that is the way it is or if this is another defect but this issue doesn’t annoy me as much as the squeaking. ... show more
