Delivered cleanly with everything listed in description. Box came perfectly untouched and earbuds were completely new. Charger is extremely short and could be longer. The overall quality in terms of volume is nice unless you’re using high volume. In terms of comfortability the case has a plastic feel and is on the bigger side but the earbuds feel nice in the ear. Great bass and surround sound. If you’re using IOS/Apple the reconnection process can be janky in comparison to Apple’s brand of AirPods.     • JBL Quality Has Gone Downhill
I bought 2 pairs. 1 in green. 1 in blue. Both pairs have issues with the left earbud not keeping charge (15 minutes!). That started in less than 2 months after receiving. At 7 months, the rubber piece fell off the right bud on the blue set. On the green set, the gray piece is cracking. I contacted JBL directly and the best they can do is have me take them to a repair center (none near me!) or a 30% off coupon to buy new JBL. We own older JBL products that are still going strong. These newer products suck in quality and their warranty is short (apparently!). I will not be buying JBL ever again. ... show more

I’ve now had them over a year, using almost every day! Charging lasts abt as long as advertised I believe, and give plenty of warning when need a charge. The sound is good, and the microphone does pretty well too! You can easily just use one bud which I like for outdoor walks. Very comfortable, not putting pressure on my ears like some, but don’t fall out during workouts or runs ... show more

    • A decent set of earbuds for the price!
These earbuds aren’t terrible. They sound really good and fit well. I didn’t get a chance to workout with them but I think they would have worked fine then too. A few things I didn’t like about these: (1) there’s no way for me to see what the battery life is. Other headphones have an app or will show you the battery percentage on your phone when it’s connected. These did not. That was the biggest reason I didn’t keep these. I’d wear them here and there and then charge them, then randomly in the middle of a call, they’d beep at me (the noise I assumed was to alert me that the earbuds battery is low). (2) if you want to only wear one, it has to be the right one. Not the worst situation in the world but is inconvenient, especially when the earbud goes dead and you can’t switch to the other (related to my issue #1). ... show more

I bought these specifically for the style of the headphone. The sound is perfect quality and the noise cancelling is spot on. Helps me drown out my coworkers :) I have had these for several weeks and can go a full work week without having to charge them. They are charged on Sunday's and last until Saturday morning!     • Not worth the money

So I had bought these to replace a different set of TWS earbuds I had. (Dropped my right ear piece at work) i saw these were made by JBL and it was my B-day so i figured why not.......WRONG. sound is good. Design is sleek but compared to the $40 pair I had before these a crap. 2 hours battery life for 100 bucks. 1 earpiece from my old pair would last 7-8hrs. I was willing to look past that cause i typically only keep one piece on at a time but i found out that only the right earpiece will work solo. So if the right piece dies I can't just pop in the left one while it charges. I'm also not a fan of where the multi function button is. It's on the side so if I want to use it I have to push it in my ear. Should be on the top or bottom. That being said if you're cool with a 2 hour battery life and the use of only the right price when you only wanna use 1 then go for it. Tbh I would reccomend buy the GRC tws earbuds. 7hr battery PER earpiece and you can use both at the same time OR use the left or right peice solo. All that for $40. ... show more
