Headphones work really good, and are very comfortable to wear. The sound is excellent, the noise cancellation is about a 8/10 but sufficient (when I yawn or something, the earmuff moves away from my ear a little). Battery life is excellent, I can go several days without charging, and I use them all the time. Can connect to at least 2 devices at the same time (phone and laptop concurrently). My only grievances are 1. I had to update the firmware because every time I moved it would think I had taken the headphones off and it would go into power save mode and beep at me. Had to install an app on my phone to update to the latest software. It was free, but still annoying. 2. The power on button doesn't slide very well. Might try some silicone spray, but it should work smoother straight out of the box. I primarily use these headphones indoors to deaden the sound of the air conditioner while I listen to music or watch a movie. Used once while mowing, but not sure how they'd hold up in a dusty environment (my power button slider issue was from new, straight out of the box). Overall though, would highly recommend and would get 5 stars if it weren't for these minor issues. ... show more

Great product for the price. Mine were refurbished, but couldn’t tell because they looked new. The packaging had some signs it was opened, but who cares. I tried a lower price set of headphones and returned them for these. Glad i did. The other brand was not a big name, but had great reviews. The sound quality was missing something and these JBL’s had better sound quality without spending Bose money. ... show more

Bought it and the quality was great. The minimum decibel was 60dB. I have a small head, but the headphone clamp was too tight for me. Returned after three days.

    • Gets the job done
It’s a bit uncomfortable for my ears. After 20 minutes they are sore and hurting a bit. In the wind or around loud base they vibrate and make an annoying sound thus have to be turned off. Still drowns out some of the noise though. I can’t figure out how to turn off google assistant (I have an iPhone and don’t use google at all) so anytime I adjust it the little voice says “google assistant is not connected” and interrupts my listening. ... show more

I purchased this item for winter ear protection. But It exceeded my expectation. I did not care about nose cancellation. But it works well on the subway. Good item . Sound quality is also nice
