Purchased this to be able to convert my dumbbells into kettlebells so I did not have to buy individual KBs. It’s gets the jobs done Pros: easy to use and attach to DBs. Plastic seems to be solid and can handle the weight I intend to use it for. Can orient the DB either parallel or perpendicular to the handle. Cons: the DB can rotate around in the grip but it is not noticeable when doing most movements, just makes it feel less sturdy when initially starting. Handle is noticeably wider than a traditional KB. Has a bit of a different feel than traditional KBs due to the distribution of the weight. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who already has DBs and would like KBs in similar weights but if you are wanting to focus your workouts around KB movements, I would recommend making the investment into KBs. ... show more

Works well on Nonzero Gravity Power Dyne Adjustable Dumbbells (also bought on Amazon). Fits just right over the handles. Nice and snug. Keep in mind, since the ends are dumbbells and not normal weights (where the weight would be centered on the bar) any movement or rotation of the bar feels different/strange compared to a normal barbell. This is because these being dumbbells on the ends, the weight extends beyond the center of the bar unequally (as opposed to a regular barbell where the weight is over the bar evenly around the bar because its in a circle). So any natural rotation of the bar creates momentum that you feel in your hands. Didn’t expect that, but makes sense and should be expected. It’ll be something to get use to. You’ll understand what I mean when you start using them. Otherwise, seems to be the next best thing to having an actual ez-bar and now I have more uses for my dumbbells and more exercises to work with. ... show more

I really like these Hyperbell Dumbbell handles. They attach quickly to dumbells and are versatile being you can rotate the handle 90°. You can't do that with a standard KettleBell. The handle is very comfortable with a nice thickness. They are sturdy. I do KettleBell swings and aren't worried about the dumbbell separating from the handle. It works exactly as advertised—and appears to be a physical solid product. And if I only needed one specific weight per workout I would be happy. But switching between weights in a workout makes doing so a chore and gets really old. I’m giving up on this idea and buying a traditional bench bar and weights.
