Description

Indoor beanbags, outdoor beanbags, and convertible furniture for kids and adults! We have developed the perfect blend of foam micro-cushions that provide support for unsurpassed coziness. Our micro-velvet covers are soft to the touch and durable for years of enjoyment, and our interior liners allow you to remove them for easy washing or a quick change to your decor. We create furniture that possesses the same ideals of support and comfort as our beanbags without the stiff, unmovable nature of traditional furniture. The result is a line of elegantly designed solutions that maximize the space they inhabit. Ottomans that become chairs, chairs that become beds, and kid's couches that become indoor playgrounds! Proudly made in the USA at our factory in Atlanta, Georgia. Since our inception over 15 years ago, we've been marching to the beat of our own drum. When other beanbags sank under pressure, we continued to provide comfort and stability. And at a time when other companies did anything to make a buck, we worked to make Jaxx a brand with principles — making a durable and long-lasting product and making everything in the USA.

    • Still going strong after 12 years!
Color: Charcoal
I appreciate the washability of the cover, and expected us to outgrow this as the kids have gotten bigger, but we all still use it. Not quite as fluffy as when I got it, understandably, but still very comfortable. I will probably shred an old memory foam pillow and add it soon to supplement the fill. ... show more

    • WORTH THE $$$
Color: Blueberry
amazing. WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY! great quality, will last us a long time. the best bean bag i have ever had. the stuffing is torn up pieces of memory foam, it makes a huge difference in comfort. has 2 shells, inside shell to hold the stuffing and the outside shell for looks. the outside shell is removable, easy for washing. the outside shell is a super soft suede material so you dont slip off of it and you dont get too hot with sweaty legs. could easily make a second bed for someone who needs to crash for the night. we love that it can go length wise and fit 2 adults comfortably, or you can turn it vertically as a super comfy one seater and feel like a king while doing it. anyone at any age will love this thing. great for anything you can think of. ... show more

    • Nice chair - a bit pricey but worth the money in the long run
Color: Charcoal
After reading reviews I was very hesitant to drop over $100 on a bean bag chair that may or may not be a nightmare. I did anyway. Needed a place to read to toddlers or sit and nurse the baby in the playroom. Ordered the charcoal microsuede and said a little prayer. Shipping took an extra day but came a day earlier than estimated so that made up for the non-Prime Prime service (I hate that Amazon does that) It came. I opened it up and the package contained a cube of stuffing, an inner liner and an outer liner. I read the instructions carefully and gave it a shot. Contrary to other reviews, there is NO NEED TO USE A BOXCUTTER. That is a recipe for disaster. Open the inner liner and put the cube of filling in it. Carefully check each side of the filling cube wrapper until you find the side that is open. Basically the filling is in a vacuum packed trash bag - one side is wide open. When you find the side that is open, turn the cube so it's open side down and then grab a handful of cube wrapper and slide the filling out. As soon as the plastic wrap is off the cube, zip up the liner. You will probably spill about half a dozen pieces of stray foam but it's easy. After the cube is in the liner, THEN break it up. Break it up like your $115 depends on it - cause it does. I kneaded the bag thoroughly until both wrists hurt and then I kneaded it some more. Despite it looking fluffed and fun to sit on after about 6 hours, I waited a couple days (turning it and fluffing it during this time) before putting the outer liner on. The seat is pretty good. It's easy for a full grown adult man to get comfy on his own, or even read a book to a very small child. It does "firm up" in whatever position it's left in for a few days but all you have to do is flip it over - how hard is that? If you are too lazy to flip or fluff something once in awhile then this seat isn't for you. Sometimes I turn it sideways and sit on it like an upright jelly bean - that's my favorite way to sit. It's in the corner so we have the added support of the wall which probably attributes to my satisfaction. Overall, I'm pleased but I think I lucked out. I can see why other people may have negative experiences but if you assemble it properly and manage your expectations, you can have success. ... show more

    • Well made, comfy, worth the money
Color: Pink
I bought this for my 9 year old daughter, who wanted some type of seating chair for her bedroom. This seemed more fun than a small chair, and now that she has it, I can say I am really happy I spent the money on this thing. In fact, my daughter loves it so much, she has slept in it several times already. It seems rugged, well built, and comfortable. I like the fact that it came with chopped up memory foam. It was a bit of a pain "pouring" it into the inner bag and then massaging the chair to break up the compressed pieces, but it was really worth the effort. I would buy it again and think it was worth the money. ... show more

    • Best Bean Bag "Chair" Ever!
Color: Camel
When this bean bag lounger arrived, I was shocked at the small size of the package. I was sure that there was no way that this small box could contain the large bean bag "chair" that I had ordered. Well I was WRONG! Upon following the directions, the fill expanded and expanded and expanded so that I now have a LARGE bean bag chair for my family when they visit. The one thing I would recommend is to allow a full week for the foam to expand. I didn't wait that long and while it worked ok on the first family visit, it has worked much better on subsequent visits. My family loves it so much they want me to get another one. I just don't know where I would store it in between visits.... ... show more

    • LOVE it, buy it.
Color: Cherry
we LOVE this bean bag. Bought it for the playroom for my 6 and 3 year old. They both can sit on it together and most of the time my husband and I are trying to use it as well. So comfy,we ordered a 2nd! color is a nice deep cherry red. not bright at all, and not shiny as it was showing in some of the pictures. Be careful when putting the foam in. From my experience doing 2 of them: as soon as you unzip the compressed bag, quickly put the plastic bag in the filler bag and as quick as you can, cut the plastic bag open and pull it up. Otherwise it expands so quickly you may not get the plastic bag off easily! I ended up running outside when I saw the mess about to unfold as the plastic bag was getting buried. Then had to literally vacuum my walkway and driveway it was a mess. 2nd one I did super fast and was able to prevent a mess. Worth this hassle by far, great bean bags! ... show more

    • Great chair slow delivery
Color: Blueberry
Great bean bag chair,,, so comfy and kids want to sleep on it all the time. The only reason I didn't mark as a 5 start is because the communication with the main company was terrible and I waited 2 months for this which was a gift and I had to reach out to the company several times. Great product but only order if you have time to wait. No smell like some people have said and the filling is very good and comfy. ... show more

    • So far, meeting or beating all expectations
Color: Blue
Exactly what I had hoped it would be. Was a little concerned about having to put it together myself after reading some of the comments about others' experiences, but I followed the directions faithfully and had no problems. (The compressed "stuffing" was pretty tightly backed in it's zipped container and I had to use a pair of pliers to help me hold onto the tab to unzip it because my hands aren't that strong, but it worked!) And it didn't make that much of a mess - just make sure you keep the opening of the plastic bag face-down and inside the liner as you gently slipped the plastic wrapping out from around it. It was easy to break up the stuffing once everything was zipped into the microsuede cover and it uncompressed with no problems. I was able to start enjoying it in 48 hours! (It just got a little fuller by the end of the 72 hours.) So far I've used it to nap on, as a chair to sit on to watch TV and eat my meals, and as a lounge chair to read for a 3 hour stint. So far, it's super! Only the cats have already discovered it; they don't realize I bought it for ME and not for THEM! ... show more
