I've acquired the skillset for cutting over the 5 years so I was excited to try out a more professional quality pair of scissors. Man was this a good investment! I couldn't be happier! The scissors have a very satisfying heftiness to them. They fit your fingers perfectly, and they cut like butter! Seriously though....they cut extremely well, so be careful when handling them. They will glide through and snip away hair with ease. These are the perfect pair of scissors for anyone who likes to cut their own hair at home. Fully recommended! (Also they like even cooler in person than in the photos!)

*update* I bought these in Jan 2023. It is now Dec 2023 and I love these! Fine haired lady here... And I I think they're great. Purchased these for DIY haircuts. All I could find were thinning shears. Texturing shears were recommended on a youtube video. I have fine hair and was a little worried. I love them. Sharp enough and enjoyed them more than the straight shears I have from a different company.

This may just be because they need sharpened (which shouldn’t be necessary out if the box), but they only really seem to work with Spaniels, Aussies, GSDs, Goldens, etc… the more coarse coat typed. Will not work at all with doodle coats.

I recently began cutting my own hair at home. I needed scissors that were not going to be cheap but also not break the bank. Everyone knows how important good scissors are to cutting hair if you’ve ever cut hair. These work great for giving texture to my pixie cut and also blending lines as I’m cutting. Would definitely recommend this as a budget friendly sharp nice cutting scissor .

They’re amazing. So sharp. Perfect for doing at home thinning when you don’t want to go to a salon. It cut my man’s 3C curls and my straight hair beautifully. I almost cut my finger off with them. I bled so much I got dizzy. They’re great scissors. So so sharp.
