  • I never knew.....
Style: Flush Cut Saw
What a great tool. Does as it should. Flush cuts with no scratches. Easy to use. Cuts on back pull. Just take your time. Worth every cent

  • THE PERFECT TOOL FOR THE JOB!
Style: Flush Cut Saw
I have been facinated by these tools since I watched a demonstration by Japanese carpenters at a museum installation. I finally found a project that I could justify the purchase of these tool and it worked GREAT. Exactily what I was hoping for. It does take a little getting used to the pull versus the push with most western saws. I was lucky that I had a Japanese pruning saw for my yard work and so I got to practice on things that were not as critical as my current project which was working on an antique cabinet. I am thrilled that the project worked out just has I had hoped. I recommend this tool.. WELL WORTH IT! Well made and super sharp. I'm ready to challenge myself with more projects. ... show more

  • Flush as flush gets!
Style: Flush Cut Saw
Wow oh wow! Just got the saw and first cut was on a Gabon ebony spline. Cut through like butter. Second cut (I actually followed the directions) and put some pressure on the blade as I cut and the flush cut was truly FLUSH! No more finishing with a flush-bit on my router, or a chisel, or a block plane, just card scrape and done! This saw is incredible for the value. Per dollar, this is hands down the best. I've used Veritas, Crown, Lie Nieson, all of which are great too (I especially like Veritas) but SOOO much more expensive. They specify the exact dimensions of blade thickness and kerf which will be great for dovetails. The kerf is wonderfully thin at 17 thou. Also something missing in most products isn't missing here, directions. Even though it's a simple product it still give tips for best use, maintenance and care, etc, all of which show that Temple truly cares about their product and how their customers can get the most from their product. Thank you Temple! ... show more

  • Great tool, very sharp.
Style: Flush Cut Saw
This is the first time I've purchased this type of tool. I've been using a other of dowels on my furniture creations and cutting them flush with a regular saw was problematic. This saw removes all those issues. Cuts are quick and without damage to the surface. One side for hard wood and the other side for soft wood. ... show more

  • Sharp and AWESOME!
Style: Flush Cut Saw
THIS is what quality is! I have been woodworking for over 30 years and this has got to be one of the best flush cut saws I have ever used! By far better than anything on Amazon! And the price is so reasonable!

  • Works great, true flush cut!
Style: Flush Cut Saw
I used this to flush cut some red oak plugs I hammered into 1/4" deep counterbore holes for a door threshold I replaced. I originally tried with a Dewalt flush cut saw, but it had a slight tooth set which required me to tape the plug's surrounding area so I wouldn't scuff the other wood. Even doing that, I wasn't happy with the result. This saw worked wonderfully. I didn't have to tape the surrounding wood because it doesn't have a tooth set, so the teeth only cut the wood that is directly perpendicular to the saw (ie the material I actually wanted to cut). It made precise cuts and I didn't even have to sand afterward. ... show more
