I grew up using futons, so I was drawn to this when I saw it. The instruction sheet says to use this with the included same-color mattress cover, which is washable as the futon is a spot-ckean item, but it didn't come with a cover. It shows a ribbon to tie it and a canvas bag used to store it, but it didn't come with those, either. I haven't slept on it yet as I don'tyet have a cover for it, and though the mattress feels relatively comfortable, I wish it had come with the cotton cover as the covering on the mattress is not the best. It is, however, worth 4 stars.

I got this mattress to actually put on the floor like it shows in the picture for when the family just used it this past weekend for the kids and I to sit and lay on while we watched Halloween movies. It was very comfortable and worked out great. When we were done, we just folded it up and put the straps on it and placed it in the bag until next weekend. You do have to wait 2-3 days for it regain its full, fluffy shape. The mattress with a good thickness for what it is and has nice supportive foam filling and soft to the touch. Easy to transport or if you're like me easy to store in the closest. I was also planning on using it when my children's friends come to visit, they can just pull it out and it's ready to go.
