I couldn't wait to receive this mattress. But after it was delivered and I took it out of the box, I quickly realized it was not 4 inches on all 3 sections. In face not one of them were 4 inches. One section was 2.5 inches and the other 2 were 3.5. I read you wouldn't bottom out another misconception. I'm 4'11 120 pounds and bottomed out. I'm disappointed that the ad was a misconception AND now I have to waste my time returning the mattress. ... show more

I got this 4-inch mattress to keep on hand at home for guests. Previously I only had an air mattress for guests, and even though I bought the nicest, high priced air mattress, it inevitably developed a slow leak like all air mattresses eventually do. I didn't want to spend a ton more money on another air mattress, so I opted for this real, foldable mattress, and it's already clearly the superior alternative. I opted for the 4-inch twin XL, the smallest size, as I was worried about finding space for the larger mattresses. The size I chose is perfect for one guest (maybe two if they're small and want to cuddle), and it's thick enough to provide sufficient comfort for several nights on the floor. My guest said that the material felt soft, cool, and breathable as advertised, and she didn't have any issues overheating at night. When folded up this mattress takes up about the same amount of space as my old queen size air mattress. The carrying/coverage case is a great accessory, and helps keep the mattress clean and folded nicely when not in use. If you have the space for it I'd say don't hesitate and upgrade your old air mattress to this real folding mattress. ... show more
