The media could not be loaded. This is an easy way to increase your energy capacity. This item co sister of a kit and a cable for connecting to your Jackery Explorer 5000. The cable is designed such thst it is impossible to plug it in the wrong was. O ce connected to the jackery, it just works. When you turn on your jackery, the aux battery does too. It shows its own power level independent of that of the explorer. Note that you cannot stack these more than 3 units high. Do not stack them on the Explorer itself.

I bought this as part of a setup to do mobile polishing with my jooltool. It is perfect. It holds a charge for the whole day. I really can't say how long it took me to charge it the first time because I plugged it in and left it for awhile. The 250 only has 1 110 plug which is perfect for my needs. However because it is hot right now, I am going to need to run a little fan and will probably get a USB one. It is very lightweight and easy to carry. I did buy the case for it which I will comment on in that product. I couldn't be happier!

Terrible service Arrived upside down Box opened, no charging cable, no manual Item appears to be used Jackary refused to replace when called direct Told me they would "make an investigation" Now I am out $4,300 or so Company customer service is outside of U.S. Amazon said I might have to make an insurance claim on Amazon A-Z What a nightmare.

I love being able to charge the generator with solar! Free power! It’s quiet. It’s portable. It doesn’t use gas. You can charge it for free with solar or plug it in the wall outlet. It’s easy to use. And best of all, you can use it in the house without worrying about noise and gas smell!

The Jackery 5000 Plus is a powerful and versatile power station with a 5040Wh capacity and 7200W output, making it perfect for a variety of needs. I bought this unit with the STS and 500x panels. The panels are nice and the STS seems to work, but the e5000 will drop power repeatedly when you place the whole system on backup mode under light to moderate loads. Putting the system on UPS mode seems to help but then the house lights flicker and the unit drains power drastically as the software cycles between the e5000 and the grid until the battery is dead for some reason. I contacted their support, and after two weeks with repeated statements from them that someone from their engineering team will contact me, nothing has happened. If you're looking at this as a comprehensive home backup that can do TOU export like its competitors, I'd be extremely wary. There seems to be several issues and no one available to help assist or trouble shoot. Will likely be pursuing a full refund. UPDATE: About a week after this initial review, jackery pushed a firmware update to my STS and everything seems to be working as intended.

This little unit... i am glad I told my fiance we needed this to take our kids camping. We didn't have much of a chance to use it, but it was enough to get us through the weekend having to provide power to a nebulizer unit twice a day for about 1 hour 45 minutes. There was plenty of power left when the sessions are done. Just make sure to turn the AC button off. I cannot wait to find more reasons to use this little pack!
