First. The batteries ROCK! They’ve been great. The Bad… the solar panels are atrocious. They are unusable. I have a 3000 Pro, 2000 Pro and 1000 Explorer plus as well as the baby 100! I bought them specifically for home backup, camping and remote film production work. I have six 200W panels, four 100W and two 80W panels as well as multiple extension cables and linking adaptors (to attach three panels at once, per input). The damage referenced above is from (1) unboxing and (2) wind blew them over, they collapsed to the ground (it was not raining). In no way should they have lost screws or even cracked! To be honest, these sat in the boxes (unopened) for a year before I used them. It was a climate controlled environment. I opened them to use after the first major storm of 2024 in Houston that caused the massive power outage from straight line winds. It was full sunlight and I could barely get them to register any input power. The most I got at anyone time into the 3000 Pro was about 400KW, I had SIX 200W Solar Sagas connected! Horrible! I couldn’t get ahold of cs from Jackery, I don’t do social media so complaining in social world wasn’t an option (which I wouldn’t do regardless), I tried anything and everything. The 80W panels produced more than the 200 on the 2000 Pro. I gave up and just took them to a neighbors house (that had a home generator) and charged them there. I also used the “power on board” generator in my F150 to charge as well. I love the batteries and they work great but I tell ya, the panels are worthless! So, I spent thousands to only end up buying a 5000W Inverter by Westinghouse. Thing is super rock solid, runs off propane, so I ended up using it to charge my solar generators to use in other parts of the house. I’m extremely disappointed in Jackery’s lack of customer service and quality of solar panels. The batteries have worked great for many other applications (remote film production work and medical supply backup) but not for emergency home backup. When hurricane Beryl hit a few months ago, I used these batteries in tandem with the generator and that worked great. I wouldn’t recommend for home backup but would for camping, production work or anything remote.

It works great. And it can be ran indoors. Also as a 73 yr old lady I was able to lift it and move it as needed. Also I live in Florida.

This unit charged right up from the wall! I ran my reef aquarium and my fridge on it for 12 hours and it still had 5 hours left. I then tested the solar panel charging and that worked (see how I hooked it up in pick). You need two solar panels for about 7.5 hours of charging or 6 for 2 hours. For suburban back up and tailgating I love love love it!

This is our 2nd Jackery generator, and they are amazing. Charges quickly by A/C or solar. Powerful and easy to store. We have one at our "off the grid" cabin, so we can use phones & computers, lights & small appliances with ease. We bought this second one because of more the frequent power outages we are having in Texas. Great product!

I love my Jackery generator. This thing is ideal for my off grid living situation. I use it to power my internet box, my CPAP machine, my phone and watch chargers, and sometimes a small fan (on low speed). I'll get about 3 nights of use from a single charge, or two full days of use during weekends when I'm not at work. When it's time to charge it up, I connect the two 200w solar panels and get enough charge on a sunny winter day to last through the night. I'll also use my gas powered generator to charge the unit when it's cloudy or if I'm in a shady area. During the summer, the panels charge fast enough to go from zero to 100% in just a couple hours. It is a little heavy (50 pounds or so) so a woman or child may have a little trouble carrying it very far. It is very easy to use and so far has been very valuable to me. My only complaint is that I wish I had bought an expandable version for more capacity.

This JACKERY 2000 pro solar generator has NEVER worked for even one minute out of the box! Hard to believe, but it’s true! I was surprised I was shocked! Read the manual carefully followed all instructions! I was so looking forward to use it for peace of mind. Came out the box brand new with NO WORKING DISPLAY LIGHT until now still inoperable …. Reset no good…. Sent them video… When the product was connected to be charged it was unbearably burning HOT and sparked! I was petrified of it catching FIRE… The JACKERY customer service is poor and shoddy, not interested they buy time by taking tooooo long to even respond and have you going to and fro! My experience…. It has been so stressful it has affected my health. Sorting such an enormous problem with an uncaring team, uninterested SELLER has been too much without the support of Amazon My experience . Amazon customer service unhelpful as they say “ it’s third party ….” All the years I have shopped with Amazon I have never ever encountered such poor customer service especially from such a well named brand… They cannot and did not solve the problem… They seemed frustrated…. This was a HUGE investment for me to be prepared for the hurricane season. Now all my funds are gone, and NO WORKING solar generator… They are reluctant to return my money… What a DISGRACE What a DISASTER

Has helped us out in many occasions. We use it to run a concession stand in the summer. Enough power to run a heat lamp, 2 crockpots, pos systems during all day events.

I’m very happy I ordered this item. I’m on supplemental oxygen and always worried about what I’d do in a power outage. California has unplanned brownouts when the grid gets overwhelmed in the hot temperatures. This has given me peace of mind, I’ve tested it with my concentrator and it works fine. It’s heavy for me , 72 years old and slight build but I had a small dolly to move it around the house but i did need help to lift it onto a rolling stand. I haven’t used the solar panels yet but nice to know I have that available.
