I go camping for one week at a state fair because we are in a tent we have no power. I hate loud generators. This was quite. It didn't take up a lot of room in the truck or tent. We didn't get a chance to use our solar panels. So, we put in the collapse wagon to recharge. It was easy to transport to tge barn to charge. We charged 6 Dewalt batteries for the portable fans and had 67% of the battery left. If I had any compaint I may get another or should have gotten a larger one 3 phones, an IPad, a switch and old electric kettle eat a lot of power. I have to say this is one of tge best things I've ever bought. My sister who was camping with felt the same.

My grandson and I had planned a very special 3 week road trip. I ordered the Jackery to be a very important part of this special trip. Unfortunately the seller was not able to get the Jackery to us in time for our trip. Our Jackery order was delayed I ordered it June 6, did not receive until June 19. Way too late for our trip. We couldn’t wait due to our hotel reservations, excursions booked and other activities planned. Needless to say, how disappointed we were. NOTHING could’ve made this right for me as a loving Grannie, EXCEPT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! By the time we (my young grandson and I) returned from our trip it was past 30 days for refund ☹️ I contacted the Jackery Support Group (Grace) and explained the situation to Grace and we were able to get a full refund minus $29 shipping fees. Thank you SO much Jackery Support Group (Grace) for being so understanding of situation and for your great customer service minus the $29 dollar which I didn’t mind due to how expensive this product is, I will definitely recommend this seller, this is a great product and so is their customer service! I received this portable rechargeable Jackery Explorer 1000 generator. It was easy to charge and it took a very little time. Because it was already partially charged. I started trying it out with different appliances. The display lights up to show you the watt usage. The battery lasted for quite some time depending on the the time and appliances used. It also worked with my husband's C-pap for 2 nights. Then I recharged it. It took about 2 hours. I have not installed the app yet. It is portable and light weight enough to carry from room to room. I bought it to use if I lose electricity. It was a discounted price so it is worth the price.

Unit charges properly and efficiently with the provided cable. Unit is also light weight which is great since it comes with a carry handle. I use this for work purposes and we have several displays being powered for a whole work day (10-12hrs) and the unit only falls to roughly 45% charge. The unit is very durable for its cost point and size. We generally throw these units around as we have multiple salesman sharing the unit for trade shows. As for using the jackery it’s very straight forward and has multiple ports to accommodate your needs.
