Good performance, could use wheels.
Style: HomePower 3600 Pro Max
The new 3600 Pro Max is more powerful than the 3600, but it does not have wheels, so it is a bit harder to move. I use it as a standalone unit as I do not have solar panels for it. It sits in the kneehole of my desk and powers by computer, tablet, phone, shredder and small stereo. I initially had it plugged into a wall outlet continuously, but now it is recommended that for battery life that I plug it in until fully charged and unplug until it goes down to 50% or so. Hopefully, any power outage will not occur at 50% power.

Nice product poor delivery
Style: HomePower 3600 Pro Max
This product is working great & looks good. I flipped the power off on my largish computer network and it stayed up. It is however early days. My only complaint was delivery expectation: I was told it would be delivered the 13-15th and it was delivered early on the 9th. That would be great: but, with no notification that it would be early or that it was delivered. It was sitting at the end the walkway to my front door (not on my porch) with a storm approaching. Had I not looked out my peephole it would have sat there over night in the rain.

almost perfect, needs wheels and handle to make it so
Style: HomePower 3600 Pro Max
Product works according to the specifications. fully charged and discharged. it struggled a little with cooling when pushed to its limit outdoors in Texas, but I was struggling at the same time so i cant blame it. overall happy witht he product. i feel like its heavy enough to get wheels and handle like its counterparts that are roughly the same size. I can live with the low solar input, but would have preferred something closer to the larger 5000. All in all i give it 4 stars because the lower solar and missing handle/wheels. The box arrived pretty beat up from amazon and it has a small mark in the body, but that is not a product issue, it is a shipping issue

Can’t go wrong with Jackery

Worth every penny with 240v power.

Added battery dies not mean added out put power
Style: HomePower 3600 Pro Max
The Jackery 3600 Pro Max will not run a portable 8000 but a/c unit , as advertised. When the compressor kicks on the battery will shut down. Buying an extra battery like I did , did not rectify the situation as the extra battery is for extra 3600 watt ( kilowatt hours) not extra battery out put power. The surge from the compressor turning on is too great for the Jackery 36000 Pro Max no matter how many extra batteries you add to it , you would have to buy 2 base units at just under $2000 to achieve running a relatively small portable a/c unit. I feel like this is a better explanation than the one given on the website stating that the Jackery 3600 Pro Max would run a portable 8,000btu a/c for at least 2 hours. I am currently testing out the battery and it seems like for the most part if you already have an interlock installed in your home it will run the bare essentials for a few hours. More emphasis needs to be in the videos provided on the internet on how the battery will not run anything that will surge past the rated 3600 watt out put battery.

Jackery 3600 Pro Max Power Station installed
Style: HomePower 3600 Pro Max
After spending 46 hours without power during the July 4th holiday limping along with a gas generator that could not meet our needs I started looking for a reliable power system to power critical loads in our home for an extended period. The relatively new Jackery 3600 Pro Max is a system targeting home power backup. The system can carry both 240v & 120v loads, provides USB outlets, and is compatible with manual transfer switches and Jackerys ATS. The Jackery 3600 Pro Max acts as an auto-transfer system when connected with a manual transfer switch. The system supports additional batteries to extend supply during an outage. During an outage I will power six critical loads and plan on charging the Jackery 3600 Pro Max daily as needed. I have tested the system by failing grid power and the Jackery 3600 Pro Max kept power to my critical loads perfectly. I will add additional batteries in the future and may add a Jackery 5000 Solar Generator to my house as well. I highly recommend the Jackery 3600 Pro Max as well as the Jackery product line. I’ve used their products for 8 years with no issues.
