The soap is great for exfoliating and clearing body acne. It feels like you’re using a scrub which helps clear away dead skin and clean pours. This isn’t a soap that will make you feel silky smooth after a shower. It clears all the oil off your skin. The soap rinses off easier than any soap I’ve seen before. It leaves you feeling like the grime, oil, and clogged skin is completely gone. You’ll notice a big difference in the feel of your skin after using it once. Going to give this 4 stars. Overall it's a quality bar of soap. The "massage" part of the soap bar barely lasted a week but I'm just some dude so maybe I didn't store it right? The exfoliate aspect of the "massage" portion of the bar was gone after the first few uses. The remaining part seems to be more like any other traditional high-quality bar of soap and looks like it will last some time. The best exfoliant area is the top of the bar and also seems to run pretty deep and will provide a long lasting exfoliating surface but for whatever reason that bottom part of the bar just doesn't seem to hold up in that regard. Just the right amount of fragrance, no residue or anything like that, doesn't stain the soap dish, etc. If you're looking to try out charcoal then I encourage you to try this. If you're looking for "massaging soap" maybe not so much. ... show more

It’s like sandpaper. Way too abrasive! This soap causes micro tearing & visible scratches to the skin even with light pressure. Because of this, trying to use the massage nubs is impossible without pain. Which makes that aspect of the soap completely non-functional. Having said all this, the smell is nice & the formula of the soap is moisturizing. I think this could be a really great product but the company really needs to change the exfoliant. Won’t be repurchasing until this is changed. Can’t recommend this bar & for the price it should not hurt your skin. ... show more

Love all the JB products. Regularly use the soaps (Turbo Wash!), face buff, lotions, hair gel, deodorant, and shaving cream. A little pricey, but the natural ingredients and overall quality make the price well-worth it.

I got this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend (he's a bar soap fan and this one seemed interesting...) and he absolutely loves it... and so do I! He loves it because it works well, has a nice smell, and he feels like it really gets in there and cleans well and the nubs do feel nice on his skin. And I love it because it makes him smell INCREDIBLE and makes his skin SO FREAKING SOFT! So far he has taken several showers with it and it seems to be lasting pretty well. Only complaint is that it is kind of expensive for a daily/weekly use product but it is high quality and worth the price as long as we can afford to keep buying it haha. ... show more
