How do they find engineers this lame. The ON/OFF switch is on the back. So you need to have it in your hand to turn it on. Then it gives audible status messages when you do not have it in your ear. When you put it in your ear the big button on the front is depressed. Redialing your last call. Quick hang up. NOT USEABLE! Itty bitty volume buttons on the bottom side. Try and press both at once to mute when it is on your ear. IMPOSSIBLE! If they would put a single slider ON / OFF button on the front side it would be perfect. Low price, basic functionality, manage the device on my ear from my phone which is in my hand. PLEASE! NOBODY wants to manage their phone from a device on their ear with itty bitty buttons one of which is on the back side against my skin where it is impossible to get to. STOOPID!

This is my second Jabra headset, the first one survived a washing machine cycle with no issues. This one which cost about $30 worked fine with my phone and tablet. But after 16 months of heavy use, the main button seems to have broken. This means you cant answer or hang up calls. Other functions work fine. I do get some minor pain after very long (30 minutes plus) calls or use.

I really like this headset. The sound quality is good and the battery lasts a lot longer that some other brands I have. The only negatives for me are with the design. I dont like having the on off switch on the back side(closest to the ear). To turn it off I have to remove the headset from my ear. The other design feature I dont like is the sensitivity of the hang up/redial button. If you barely tap it you will hang up the call or it will redial the last call if you arent on a call. I have accidentally tapped this button numerous times because its so sensitive. But overall, its a really good headset!

My wife has the Jabra Talk 45 and is thrilled with it. I specifically got an earpiece for the function of reading out texts and being able to use voice commands such as dictating texts and queries, opening apps, using google assist, and other hands free functions that earbuds alone will not do. Unfortunately, the Talk 15 device does not seem to be supported by the Jabra app which allows you to use it for all those wonderful features I mentioned. It is comfortable and light and has decent sound and mic, but the only difference in functionality from one side of a pair of wireless earbuds is the better mic. I also found the actual in ear pads to be strange. They will not sit tight in my ear. The clip holds it in place just fine, but there is a constant feeling of 'just about to fall out' and very poor noise cancelation. That could easily just be my ears though, lol. Ultimately, this is an excelent product if what you need is only a mic/earpeice for voice calls. It is easy to answer and end calls with, and picks up my voice clearly. With a bit of adjusting, the ear pads seem like they would be an easy fix if they don't work with your ears right away. App support seems to be the standard for their product, though. I know the listing doesn't mention app support specifically, but I don't feel I was foolish to assume given that the other models in the series are supported. I will be returning and getting a different model, but it's not a bad device. It's just not what I was expecting. :)
