  • This Headset Converted an Earbud Girl! 🎧
I have always used earbuds for work calls and meetings and had never really been a headset person, so I honestly wasn’t sure how I was going to feel about switching to one. I have been pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoy using this Jabra headset! It’s comfortable and lightweight, and I really like being able to wear it for calls and meetings without having earbuds sitting in my ears all day. The sound is clear, and I’ve really enjoyed the noise cancellation, especially when I need to focus or have a meeting with activity going on around me. I also love that it folds up, which makes it easy to take with me when needed. I never thought I’d be someone who preferred using a headset, but this one may have officially converted me. 😂 ... show more

  • Only downside is this is unfortunately the last version with Boom mic
Best headset for Teams and Work I have used. Foldable. Good call quality. Only downside is that the new versiob ditches the boom Mic. Boom mic is the best thing about this headset. I would never buy the evolve3 flex. I will be looking for another good headset wit a boom soon I guess. Boom .. call muted Boom .. Cal answered Boom .. They see I am on a call Boom .. Who needs ANC but .. BOOM .. Got it Boom .. Must be new personnel wanting to make their mark by changing something that needs no fix. Why not give another version without a boom you booming ediots ... show more

  • Not for those seeking a headset they can count on
Nightmare. I had done a lot of watching YouTuber reviews of work headsets before purchasing this one. The packaging and design were sleek, comfortable, and seemed high-quality. The folding feature was really neat and made it a great form for portability. However, if the headset doesn't do the job for the $200+, it's worthless. I work remotely and so I absolutely need something reliable. I bought the version that is certified for MS Teams, since that's what my company uses. From day 1 I experienced dropped calls, bad reception and generally unreliable performance. It sounded okay when it was working, but that was about 20% of the time. I used the headset with the Jabra Link device as recommended for optimal connectivity, but during meetings the speaker/microphone setting kept changing between the headset and the link, resulting in loss of audio with each random switch. I often had to keep leaving and rejoining meetings in order for the audio to work. By the end, the headset connection prevented me from joining Teams meetings and instead of joining, I would repeatedly be put on hold and never made it in. Frustratingly, there didn't seem to be any human support or even a contact number or chat support from Jabra. My attempts to find support resulted in being diverted to the same PDFs or online FAQs - many of which didn't even apply to this particular model. If you experience trouble with this product, you're hosed. Now, MS Teams is far from perfect, and they push updates so often, I can't imagine that headset manufacturers can test functionality with each Team update, but it became laughable that this particular headset is advertised as "Teams Certified." I returned the headset (thanks Amazon!) and purchased the Poly Voyager Focus 2 for a little bit more $$. So far the performance of the Voyager has been flawless and reliable. ... show more

  • Feels cheap
I’m coming from the 1st gen Jabra Evolve 75 and the way these look in person and fold up they feel cheap. They are super light but even the ear pads looked smashed in. I also tried the evolve 65 (not flex) previously and couldn’t stand how the mic boom flings up but doesn’t contour back to the headphones if magnetic like my 75s. Those also don’t have ANC so I think the 65 line up just isn’t for me if you are used to a more premium feel from the 75. ... show more

  • Best in Class Noise Cancelling Mic & Headphone
After trying out numerous different headphones, while looking for a pair, that would work well for calls, MS Teams, Zoom, music playback with robust battery life these did the trick! The noise cancellation in the microphone blocking out ambient noise during calls has been fantastic and a total game changer. I even use these when walking the streets of New York City and people could not tell on the other end, but I was out and about in a bustling city. I have these paired to both my mobile device and laptop, and can easily switch between the two seamlessly. I can be on a teams call on my phone and switch over to my laptop effortlessly and continue. While audio playback is not quite at tiptop audiophile quality it definitely hold its own and the noise canceling helps out the noisy sounds around me. I have easily use these in the gym, and since they are lightweight, and easy to carry and travel with these are my go to headphones! ... show more

  • An excellent wireless headset expensive but worth it
I have searched for a wireless headset that is comfortable to wear for an extended time has a clear-sounding microphone for online instruction, and long battery life. This headset fits the bill on all counts. While the cost was much more than I really wanted to spend, in the end, it was worth every penny. The small form factor was nice as well. ... show more

  • Disappointed
I spent a lot of money for this product and while the sound input quality is great, my colleagues are constantly telling me that they cannot hear me on Teams calls! My support request suggested to turn it off then turn it on again, as if I wouldn’t have thought to try that before contacting them. Follow up requests were not answered and I now have a very expensive headphone that is unreliable for anything that requires a microphone. The microphone boom is very short and doesn’t reach close to my mouth so the only way to get my colleagues to hear me is to pull the right side off my ear so that it is next to my mouth. I specifically bought this high priced item to work with Teams and I have become a joke with my colleagues that I “have a known issue”. Worse: I googled my problem and found that this is is an issue that was previously reported and never adequately resolved. As a long time Jabra user, I will now avoid their products in future. • Great all around headset so far
I was deciding between this and Dell's new pro headset. The jabra portability and low profile, as well as the ability to use it as a wired headset if need be, were intriguing. i was a bit nervous about some of the reports about the microphone cutting out with Teams and was ready to return this if need be. I have only had it a few days but have heavily used them on two different computers and have not had anyone report me cutting out. So far I am happy. Pros: Compact profile portable very lightweight good sound quality rich feature set cons: ANC is maybe a 6/10. this is my first noise cancelling headset and while it does "something" it is not like it will totalyy drown out a yelling kid. Maybe my expectations are too high though for an on-ear design. it would certainly take care of normal volume conversation though. maybe a little plasticy for the price, but I think this is part of the lightness equation. Jury is out on it holding up - but I am optimistic. In closing, this would be a tough call at the full price and I would have most definitely gone with something else, but at a discounted price it was close enough that the combination/tradeoffs were intriguing. ... show more
