  • Great product.
Size: USB-A & Charging Cord Color: Teams Certified
Very lightweight and comfortable. Functions very effortlessly. Connectivity has been One hundred percent so far as long as I remember to designate it as my Teams device when I turn it on. Noise canceling microphone borders on magic. People can’t hear anything in the background. Love how lightweight and portable it is. It has made me more productive, making calls in my car using the hear through function and staying safe, yet people on the other end can’t hear the road noise unlike the speakerphone in my Honda pilot. Don’t expect high levels of noise canceling since they are on-ear VS over-ear, but I am in a noisy environment most of the time and it does an adequate job cutting down background noise so I can concentrate. Extremely comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Not hot or uncomfortable. Can’t emphasize how lightweight they feel. I’m 6 foot 3 and have a slightly larger than average head. Music actually sounds OK in it, but don’t expect Bose performance. Used it to watch a movie off of Roku remote one night and the sound was quite good. ... show more

  • The best for work
Size: USB-A & Charging Cord Color: Teams Certified
I believe these are the best work headphones hands down. The noise cancellation is the best I've ever experienced, call quality is excellent. Music actually sounds pretty good but this will not compete with Sony MX series. Nonetheless, this is the best headset if you are in sales/customer service/IT/etc. etc. ... show more

  • INCONSISTENT PERFOMANCE
Size: USB-A & Charging Cord Color: Teams Certified
I’ve been using the Jabra Evolve2 65 Flex Wireless Stereo Headset for just under three months, and my experience has been mixed. While the headset offers some great features, there are significant issues that detract from its overall performance. Cons: Inconsistent Mic Performance: The most frustrating issue is the microphone’s inconsistency. It doesn't always work immediately when I turn on the headset. This problem is particularly annoying during my MONDAY MORNING meetings, where I need reliable performance to start the week off right. It often requires multiple attempts to get the mic functioning properly, which is a significant inconvenience. Startup Issues: The headset seems to need to be left on for a while to reach its full performance. This is impractical, as I expect my headset to work seamlessly from the moment I turn it on. Having to wait or troubleshoot every time I need to use it is not acceptable. Dependability: Given its price point, I expected a higher level of dependability. The need to constantly ensure the headset is on and functioning correctly detracts from its overall appeal and reliability. Pros: Comfort and Design: The headset is comfortable to wear, even for extended periods. The design is sleek and modern, making it suitable for both professional and casual use. Sound Quality: When it works, the sound quality is impressive. The audio is clear, and the noise-canceling feature does a good job of blocking out background noise. Battery Life: The battery life is commendable. I can go several days without needing to recharge, which is convenient for back-to-back meetings. In conclusion, while the Jabra Evolve2 65 Flex Wireless Stereo Headset has potential with its excellent sound quality and comfortable design, its inconsistent performance and startup issues make it hard to recommend. These problems, particularly the recurring speaker issues every Monday, significantly impact its usefulness in a professional setting where reliability is key. For the price, I anticipated a more dependable and user-friendly experience. ... show more

  • Excellent Sound Marred by Unreliable Microphone on Jabra Evolve2 65 Flex Wireless Headset
Size: USB-A & Charging Cord Color: All Platforms
I recently purchased the Jabra Evolve2 65 Flex Wireless Stereo Headset and, overall, I'm impressed with its performance and features. The sound quality is fantastic, and the comfort level is excellent for extended wear. The battery life is commendable, and the noise cancellation works remarkably well in a variety of environments. However, I've encountered a frustrating issue with the microphone. Regardless of whether I'm connected via Bluetooth or using the dongle, the mic cuts out randomly. This has been a consistent problem despite updating all my drivers and ensuring all software is up to date. Given the premium price of this headset, I expected a flawless experience. It's disappointing to face such a significant issue with a brand-new product. I'm planning to reach out to customer service again in hopes of finding a resolution. For now, I'm left feeling that a headset of this caliber should not have these problems. If Jabra can address this mic issue, the Evolve2 65 Flex would be a near-perfect headset. As it stands, the performance is marred by an unreliable microphone, which is a critical component for many users. ... show more
