I love these! I had originally pre-ordered Kanoa headphones... And then the whole Kanoa deal happened. Sooo I was looking for something robust and of good quality. I ended up going with these. Why? 1. I wanted something waterproof: I found out that I have no problem washing these off after a run -still have yet to try swimming with them. 2. I wanted controls on the headphones: I searched through a bunch of cheaper headphones and noticed that many didn't have controls on them. The Jabras have button controls directly on the outside. Some people don't like the fact that these are push buttons -you kind of push the headphones into your ear while using them. I don't have any issues with this because you don't need a hard push...the only time I've noticed any discomfort is when trying to operate the buttons while they're under my hat. 3. I wanted something that would stay in my ears no matter what: Another negative that I read before purchasing these was that they didn't fit all shapes of ears correctly. However they fit mine in a way that I knew was secure. The fit does take a bit of getting used to and originally my ears had hurt after a few hours of continuous use. (This was similar to when I started using my Samsung Level U headphones a few years ago.) Now the Jabras fit perfectly fine and I love them. 4. I wanted good sound quality: I have no problem with the sound quality on these. Is it top notch? No -my roommate's Beats headphones (wireless but not wirefree) can get much louder and do have better sound. With that being said, I don't listen to my headphones with the volume all the way up -so maximum volume is completely pointless to me. I normally keep these on mid range (during a busy NYC subway ride or loud area). The sound isolation is very very good on them. Extras: The microphone on these works pretty well. In a quiet area, I can have a phone conversation without issue. When there's noise, the person on the other line can hear everything around me. This makes sense though because these headphones aren't like my voyager legend Bluetooth that has multiple microphones for noise cancelation. Additionally, the microphones are used to allow you to turn off noise isolation. This works well but it can sometimes be hard to hear people with the headphones on. This brings me to my next extra: when I remove the right earbud from my ear it'll automatically pause a song that's playing -love it! The only downside is that 2 people can't listen to music at the same time with these. Additionally the heart rate sensor seems to work well and I've done the V02 test through the app -occasionally I need to readjust the headphones but no issues here. The battery lasts me plenty. I don't notice myself having to charge my headphones super frequently and the case will tell you when it's getting low on power. The downsides: The only bad thing I've noticed with these is that on occasion the right headphone will turn on and not the left. All I need to do is put both back in the case, close it, and wait for the front lights to turn on -then off- and reopen it. Usually they'll both work fine after (just gotta make sure each blinks green when the case is opened). So I'd say a great product considering this is a fairly new market!! ... show more

3rd UPDATE: Sadly I have to drop this to one star. The right earbud is done - no sound is coming out at all. I’ve done every possible fix recommended and it simply doesn’t work. Oddly, the Control buttons do but the speaker is gone. So these lasted exactly 2 years to the day. Beyond the fact they broke you would be an absolute sucker to pay $200 for almost 3 year old technology. Try the 65t active - despite my issues with this I did like Jabra overall and will still with them for one more set. Likely the 75t Active that was just announced. EDIT TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: I've had these now for about 3 months and the trouble is coming in. For some reason, the left earbud goes into a fit and drops the signal, in and out, at times. This has happened twice and there doesn't seem to be any reason for it. I disconnected and reconnected, the phone is about two feet away at most - nothing. Then, it magically resolves itself a day or two later. For the price point that's pretty ridiculous. The second issue with the left earbud - at times, and this is often. The sound does not match the right earbud - it's much, much quieter. Again, not reason I can tell this happens. Absolutely disappointed. My first pair of wireless earbuds and I'm impressed. Though the fit seemed to be an issue for many, they work fine for me. Forms a great seal to keep the outside noise out and are reasonably comfortable. Connectivity is simple and fast, I've never dropped a signal unless I walked further than the specified distance. Waterproof - yes, this is great. I've used them in the rain and the shower (I saw somebody else tried this so I had to.) The design is sleek and durable. Though I hate opening the case because the buds feel like they are going to fall out if you open it too fast. Sound - The sound is good, not great - which is what I expected. BT audio still isn't 'there'. It's not going to blow an audiophile away and I have had to switch the EQ quite a few times to find the right fit for certain genres but overall, it's decent and on par with a $100 pair of wired headphones. The biggest issue? They don't get all that loud! Sometimes when I'm vibing on something at want to jam it up I'll look at the screen and see I'm one click away from Max volume. Hugely disappointing there but, then again, I should take better care of my poor ears after years of unobstructed concerts. Am I happy with the purchase? Yes. Though, I did buy them at the under $200 - at the time of this writing they have jumped to $250 - if you are on the fence but no in a hurry, wait until the price drops again. $250 seems a smidge too high. ... show more
