I had a set of Jabra 65ts for over a year. I loved them, but wanted longer battery life. I now have a pair of the 75ts. I like them a lot. I know some reviewers have indicated the bass is too much. The bass is NOT overpowering for most stuff I listen to, and I like that the bass is there. I listen to a lot of metal, rock, punk, and podcasts. If I listened to a lot of dance music or hip hop, the bass might be overwhelming, but the app allows you to adjust to your preference. The battery life is awesome. I also like the smaller charging case. The ear buds are almost too small for me, and I was used to the little lip on the 65ts to help orient them when I was putting them in my ear. That's minor. My big complaint moving from the 65ts to the 75ts is the buttons. I really like the buttons on the 65ts better than the 75ts. On the 65ts, it was possible to pause the content I was listening to and turn on the hear thru using the same button. On the 75ts, I have to pause with one hand and turn hear thru on with the other hand. This becomes annoying if I am holding anything in my hands and it takes longer. I am hoping that they update the software to allow you to set the control buttons for different actions. These are refurbished. I haven't experienced any issues related to the fact that these were factory refurbished. This is actually the second pair of refurbished Jabra 75ts. I bought the first pair from Jabra directly. I am having trouble with that pair. I sent them back once because they were crackling and having connection issues. They sent a replacement pair that has been doing the same thing. I expect that they will be sending another replacement. There is a bit of a crap shoot with the refurbished earbuds, but the pair I bought here are working perfectly... Update: These had some issues and I had to return them. The left earbud stopped working. It started working again, but the connection wasn't strong after that. I don't know if it is just these refurbished ear buds or if the 75t are just more prone to these issue. Sound is great, comfortable fit, and the battery life is awesome, but the connections just seem more touchy than the 65t.

First, the earbuds are great. I bought (3) pairs of elite 75t refurbs on a recommendation from a coworker. They are comfortable, have decent battery life and sound reasonably good. (They could use more base but there doesn't seem to be a product out there that hits the sweet spot for base. Either too much or too little). My issue and the reason for the 3 star review is with the description of return options on the Amazon product page. It clearly states that "This product is eligible for a replacement or refund within 90 days of receipt if you are not satisfied." This not true. As I mentioned I bought (3) pairs. Unfortunately, 1 of the 3 had horrible bluetooth connectivity. As soon as the device it was connected to was not next to the earbud it would lose its connection. Now, the other (2) pairs work great. It was unfortunate, but it happens. No worries, I can return for replacement. NOT SO. There is no return for replacement. My only recourse is to return for a refund. This was sent to me from Jabra after Amazon contacted them. "I am sorry to hear that your headset is not working properly. You can also contact our Product Support Team at 800 327 2230,option1. They are available Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time and they will be happy to assist you with troubleshooting. I apologize for this inconvenience. In a situation like this, where the product is less than 30 days old and if it's defective, we only offer a return for refund. You can re-order the product if you wish. Best Regards, Jabra Support" This in itself is not a big deal but now the earbuds are more expensive. Why should I have to pay more to get the same product when its an issue with Jabra quality control? I am also unimpressed with Amazon for the first time. They are denying any responsibility because the product is being sold through a third party. It is being sold and mis-advertised through Amazon isn't it?

Best Jabra headset for the value

I bought these renewed headphones after my Jabra Elite Active 65ts went on the fritz after over a year of use (Jabra is giving me a warranty replacement and have been responsive, so thumbs up to them for that). The renewed model seems, well, good as new. That was a relief based on the different experiences some have reported. As for the merits of the product itself: I liked the 65ts so much that I figured the 75ts must be better. For some, they might be, but the sound quality is not as good for my taste. The 75ts have ridiculously overpowered bass that drowns out the mids/treble in your music -- I have to lower the bass significantly in the EQ to get a "clean" sound. If you're into hip-hop or bass-heavy EDM, the sound from these might be better for your liking, but for rock and other musical styles, I prefer the 65ts. I also prefer the fit of the 65ts (which are significantly larger than these), but that's almost certainly just a matter of preference/physiology/and what I'm accustomed to. On the plus side, the 75ts clearly have a better charging case design and better/deeper headphone controls. Still a good product, but if your main purpose is listening to music, you might be happier to save some money and go with the 65ts.

The media could not be loaded. Very good solid design. Doesn’t feel cheaply made at all. Terrific bass. Nice click when you close the charging case. Hefty feel of the earbuds and they stay beautifully in the ears! They look nice as well.

These worked really well for about the first 5 months but have not done well since they currently only work for about an hour before running out of power. If you want a long lasting product stay away.

Jabra enclosed a message with the earbuds saying they were “reconstituted” but “just as good as new ones”. Well, almost. No sound comes out of the right one so we will return them and ask for a pair of new ones - not “reconstituted”. Otherwise the fit is much more secure than Apple earbuds and they made the Wirecutters list in the NYT. I think Jabra/Amazon will be okay about replacing this particular pair.
