I had purchased this keyboard/mouse set back in July of 2022 and I have now been using it daily at work since then. The keyboard is perfect size and the mouse is great as well. It is an excellent product for the price point!! There is slight wear on the keyboard from the most frequently pressed keys, but the lettering is still perfect and showing no wear. I just recently had a small issue with the mouse. I decided to reach out to JoyAccess's customer support. They were extremely helpful and sent me a BRAND NEW mouse!! They are top notch!! Very impressed with their customer support. Very rarely do I have an easy experience when dealing with customer support, but the team over at JoyAccess is amazing!! I've had this mouse and keyboard set for about a month now and initially, I really liked it. I even had a friend who bought the same one and complained about it and I told her I didn't have any of the issues she did. Well, I spoke too soon. I love how neat this keyboard is and I love all of the color options but this set LAGS. The mouse will just straight up freeze to the point where I have to turn it off and on a few times and slowly the keyboard has been starting to do the same thing. It probably wouldn't bother me but I'm a writer by profession so I am typing literally all day. At least a few times an hour I have to stop and turn the keyboard on and off to try and get it to work smoothly. I'm surprised I was able to type all of this without having to do so! Anyway, it's a decent and good price product but just be warned if you're easily frustrated. There is lag and the only way to get rid of it seems a good ole' fashioned reboot. UPDATE: We are now at a month later and the keyboard just straight up doesn't work UPDATE: Seller offered me a refund but after swapping out my adapter, it seems to be working now! ... show more

As you can see in the photo, the letter “U” is off. Why? Because it pops off whenever it feels like it. Overall I love the color and the easy set up. Don’t know about the battery life yet because I just got it. But the keyboard takes 2 AA batteries and the mouse takes 1 AA battery. It does not charge up. The performance so far is good. I used it at work and was in love with it. The keys like is said the the letter U pops off. And I thought it was locked in but obviously it is not secured. ... show more

Bought this keyboard + mouse pairing for work, and it's worked well overall. It's very aesthetically pleasing, especially since I bought more green paraphernalia to complement it. Both the keyboard and mouse connect via the USB receiver (NOT USB-C). If you're using a MacBook or device with only USB-C ports, don't forget to grab an adapter. Biggest problem for me is that the mouse tracking is awful. Sometimes it will be fine, and then will intermittently give up and require tremendous pressure or shaking just to start tracking again (even with a mousepad) Even when working well, there is still a perceivable lag to the cursor. I love the color and the size. I've seen reviews say it's laggy. But mine works perfectly fine. My personal issue with the keyboard is, the backspace key is too small and I keep hitting the delete key.

~EDIT: the store reached out to me after this review and offered a new keyboard. I’ve been using it for about a week and so far, so good! Works great! ~ I like the color of this lightweight keyboard, and the clacking sound of the keys. The matching mouse was nice touch. It requires batteries, of which I’ve changed them out twice in 3 months. It stops working randomly - at first I thought it was batteries but that doesn’t solve it. (The mouse still works which is nice. ) Also, the paint has worn off the “e” key. I work from home, normal business hours and use. I’m quite sad and would like to exchange but the window closed to do so. ... show more
