I actually got this desk frame because I needed a little more mobility at my workstation. I looked at complete desks, but I wanted to make something of my own for the desktop and this was perfect for that. I made the desktop to my specific dimensions and the legs are adjustable for width, so it fit perfectly. The desk moves up and down with ease and the motion is very smooth and quick. The frame Is well constructed and finished nicely. The legs feel very sturdy with the desktop installed and I am really happy with the results. The price is reasonable considering what the cost of a new desk is and the fact that you can customize the exact size and material you want for your desktop is well worth it.

Pretty happy with this purchase and the price couldn't be better. I topped the frame with an Ikea LAGKAPTEN 63x31 1/2 "table top. As of now, I've done some school work, gaming, and painting and even some sewing machine work on the desk and it's been well worth it and highly recommend this to anyone who's looking to buy a rising desk. All I need is to hide my cable mess.

We got this to make an adjustable table that can do multiple duties as a kids homework station as well as a crafting station for my mother in law. Today there’s just a folding table but I put a butcher block countertop on it ($85 from the local big box home improvement store). It was a great way to make it blend in to the space while still having the lift feature that we wanted. While there’s only a single motor on this one compared to the one I have at work that has two motors it doesn’t seem to have any problem lifting the somewhat heavy wooden top. The controller works as expected and having the measurement displayed as well as having the presets is a nice touch in my opinion. Now that we have preset heights for seated, standing for my daughter, and standing for my mother in law it’s a pretty versatile setup.

The media could not be loaded. I got this adjustable standing desk frame to use in my workshop. It's much easier to have something I can raise to full height for when I'm moving around working on stuff. Most of the full package desks have toppers that are just 4 separate pieces of cheap wood that aren't worth using. So, I was planning on making my own single piece wood topper out of wood I have already. I'm happy with the results. It took longer than was necessary to put together because the instructions were pretty bad. For example, on one part an entire paragraph just stopped mid-way through a sentence at the end of the page and never continued. There's also a part about resetting the electronics on your first use that just doesn't work. It doesn't need it though, maybe it was for a different revision. The desk works very well. It's quiet and can lift a decent amount of weight. I've attached a video showing it lift my 3D printer and around 8 kilos of filament. If it can do that, I'm sure it can hold your PC and monitor. It has four presets, and they hold their memory even after a power brownout. Which you would think would be a given, but I've had issues with this in the past with other cheaper products. The build quality is okay. The motor works surprisingly well for a single motor system. And the legs are very sturdy. The horizonal connector is only a thin aluminum extrusion that is held in place with friction from some set screws. Most of the weight is directly on the legs though, so it's fine I guess. The only part I didn't like is the motor shaft is connected with a couple of plastic collars. I would prefer metal on something that holds so much torque.

I work from home and have for almost 4 years. I don’t know how I did this before without a standing desk. My back has been hurting from sitting all day and now I can stand all I want to relieve and stretch my muscles out. I even got a small treadmill to slip under my desk. Assembly wasn’t difficult and went together with one person within an hour. Directions were not difficult just takes time when it’s one person. I had a desktop I was able to remove from another desk and it fits perfectly. If I ever find another longer slightly wider desktop I can take it apart and adjust it for that size.

This is a great desk base. I also got the treadmill to use with it. I really like the options that I now have available and this is a nice size. Not too big, but a nice size for telecommuting and home projects. Sit, stand or walk while working. Yay!
