You won't believe there are 43 bottles in here since it's not as large as some fridges that hold less. Sleek, simple design with contoured wire racks... A better alternative to plastic slats. The one thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is the noise. It can be loud and it's not a consistent hum. Eventually you do tune it out and if it's not next to or in the room you spend the most time in, it likely won't be that bothersome. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase. First, we’ve only had this cooler for a few days so I have no idea how it will hold up. It seems to be operating quietly and well. However, a few of the wood shelves arrived slightly damaged (not beyond repair) and we had difficulty figuring out how to adjust the temperature (our stupidity- a friend showed us). But, in the interim we tried calling customer service multiple times over a two day period and each time the number disconnected. So as long as it continues to work, it’s all good, but if not the lack of customer support and the size and weight of the cooler mean it’s hard to return, thus the 3 star rating. ... show more

Really great looking wine fridge and I love the dual zone and the wooden shelves and the lock. A couple of issues is that it makes a constant humming sound, the fridge itself is hot to touch, and even with the lock it can be opened slightly which can be problematic with a toddler. It's beautiful. The reflected glass adds a nice touch and looks great. It's has a very light hum but it's much less noisy than the old fridge I had. I have stuff displayed on mine and it's fine so heat is not an issue. Love the dual zone temp control for reds and whites!

A few of the shelves arrived broken - which can happen. I called and they immediately sent a whole other unit out so we can take out what we needed. Then the door handle only came w 1 screw. It needs two. We were still ok w it because we knew the other one was coming. Then when it came time to put our wine and champagne bottles inside, none of them fit! It said specifically in the description that it fits most bottles. Well none of ours apparently. Also, the shelves will tip out if you don’t balance the bottles evenly. It is advertised as having space for 43 bottles, but sizes of bottles vary depending on the type of wine. Thus if you own lots of Pinot Noirs, you will have space for fewer bottles.
