Best window A/C. Rent House A/C wasn’t cooling enough- this window kept the den at 72 (with the house A/C on as well). Bedrooms were at 82. (We are in Texas with heat index 100-110). Basically it works! My room is cold and when I open my 2 bedroom doors to they cool it down slightly but enough to be comfy. My only gripe is the panel that goes in my window was just barely making it and even then I couldn’t push it down fully due to how my landlord put in the windows. I tried a different room with bigger windows which was fine until the second extender to fit blocked most of the hole. I resorted to putting in the smaller window and sealed off the bottom with cardboard and tape. My only other problem is I can’t seem to figure out the wireless wifi app thing. Im in my 20s and can generally manage tech things but this one stumped me. But bottom line it works well it just a bummer I had a few hiccups. ... show more

The Ivation 12000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner works well to cool a small room when you need a little extra help, even in this miserable Arizona heat. Easy to set up, but beware that the window sealing plate assembly will most likely need to be trimmed down to fit standard window openings.
