I was mostly looking for a watch that had a timer and this one fits the bill! It looks just like an Apple Watch and is attractive and comfortable. It has no where near the functionality of an Apple Watch. The step tracker isn’t very accurate; I haven’t been able to use the camera remote; the music remote is not convenient, but the timer is easy to set! It defaults to five minutes, and you go up or down from there. The screen stays lit while the timer is counting down, which is perfect for what I need (always fifteen minutes or less), but would be a problem if you set it for an hour. There is no audible alarm, it’s all vibration and every once in a while I miss the end of the timer. I turn off “raise to wake” and now the battery easily lasts two weeks.

The media could not be loaded. I received this watch in January 2024. It worked great for a month, then things began to go downhill. As is often the case with electronics, issues appear after the 30-day warranty period is over. I noticed the watch not syncing the sleep data with the app. After doing a reset, uninstalling the app and reinstalling and other attempts, I contacted customer service in March 2024. I was told to do another reset, reinstall the app, unpair the watch and re-pair. None of this worked. I continued to experience syncing issues. I shared my concern that I was given a defective product, but was told to be patient and that it might take a long time for the tech team to find an answer. While I waited months for a response, other issues with the watch began to develop. The screen is no longer responsive to touch. The navigation button stopped working. The only way I can see my screen is with the "raise to wake" option, which takes multiple attempts to work, often not working at all. The watch and app have stopped syncing my steps and tracking mileage. I reached out to customer service again in September 2024 after waiting all summer for an answer and to inform them that more issues with syncing were happening and that the watch touch screen and navigation button were not working. Again, I asked if this was a defective product that could be replaced. The company's solution was to require me to pay for both shipping of a new watch and to return the old one. I would be paying $20 for shipping ($10 for a shipping label to send a new watch and another $10 in shipping to return the defective watch), which is 40% of the cost paid for the watch. I'm never buying another iTouch product again based on the quality of this product, the lack of answers and concern from the tech team, and the lack of customer service. How sad that iTouch cares so little for its customers. Maybe you'll have better luck than me, but I say don't risk it on a product that deteriorates so quickly and a company who refuses.to do the right thing by its customers. Buyer beware!

My 13-year-old wanted a smart watch for Christmas, and after a ton of research and review searching, we landed on this watch. Not wanting to fork out the cash for an Apple watch - this is a great alternative. It looks very similar and is very easy to set up (my 13-year-old was able to do it all on her own without any of my help). They also sell a wide array of bands that can go with it so she can switch it out to match her outfit pick of the day. Great selection and very happy with the purchase!

I love these watches I normally get them from Kohls until I realize Amazon has them. I purchase at least six of them in the last three years I still have them. Recently I just bought myself one and a friend one as a gift. I'm definitely an itouch watch fan. I recommend it to people who want a nice watch but not too expensive it does what it needs to do. The best thing is it is compatible with Android and IOS.
