A little goes a long way and that’s the key to keep it from looking caked on. For those of us of a certain age, concealers easily find their way into the fine lines around our eyes and this IT Cosmetics concealer is no exception. It won’t leave a flawless finish as that’s really just impossible when you have wrinkles, but if you use just the smallest amount and spread it evenly it will look better than most concealers out there. It offers great coverage concealing dark circles and it lasts a long time. I apply the smallest amount with my ring finger and then blend it in using a concealer brush ending with a light dusting of Laura Mercier’s Secret Brightening Powder for Under Eyes to set it and prevent eyeliner or mascara from smudging on it. It gives me a very natural look and I’d definitely buy this concealer again though I think this tube is going to last a long time. It’s a quality product. ... show more

This is a heavy concealer that is very thick. Thank goodness that it is a little difficult to get out of the tube because a little goes a long way. The smallest dot of this product provides full coverage to my under-eye area on BOTH eyes. I start out dabbing with my fingers, then finish with a sponge. It provides decent coverage, but not complete. I have a sunspot on my cheek that it lightens but does not completely cover. ... show more

Was disappointed in this product. I have used this brand for other cosmetic items with no problem, but found this to be really, really thick straight from the tube. I test squeezed a very small amount to the back of me hand and was dumbfounded at how hard it was to spread this small amount on my hand. Coverage? you bet! But certainly not the smooth easy desired application I thought it would be. In fairness to the product line, it is very good. However, this item would be a tough buy for me again. Maybe, I just did not know what I was doing?....I am 77, but still favor looking good. Others had commented on "a little goes a long way" and it does. ... show more

My prior tube of this product lasted me an embarrassingly long amount of time. It was long since expired, but I was still getting product out of the tube that had full coverage all day for two years with a single tube (I know, I shoulda thrown it away, but this stuff really is that good). I rarely call any product a "holy grail" because I can find fault with any and all products, but this stuff is probably the closest to a true "holy grail" that I will ever see! It says it's for undereye, but I use it on my whole face lol. The reason this stuff is so expensive is because a TINY amount of this product is thick, pigmented, and very full coverage. I have bad acne (as in, I need accutane to treat kind of bad) and this stuff covers it up!! Keep in mind you do need to still need to do skin prep before applying, but that's true of any concealer. With no prep, this stuff can (but doesn't always, it is very moisturizing still) stick to dry spots and make them look flaky, but that is user error and not the fault of the product. Also, this is the closer to a true "light" than any other Western skin product I have tried. I usually have to go for Korean or Japanese makeup because Western beauty brands are seemingly allergic to making light skin tone shades without serious orange/yellow undertones. This has zero orange. It almost makes me look like a doll.. or a ghost... but I love it because that is what my skin *actually* looks like. I used to be ashamed of my light skin. I've been made fun of for it almost my whole life, especially when I was wearing drugstore products and you could see my neck change from the orange foundation to the saltine-chic that is my neck skin, but now I'm out here proudly sporting the Snow White look thanks to products that truly cater to us albino-adjacent individuals. ... show more

I looked at Amazon reviews of concealers that were good for aging eyes, and this lives up to the hype. It doesn't crease, it retains its color for hours, and it blends well.
