Worn & returned item. Shoe protectors not on product. Item cleary just checked into Amazon and sent out to me. They also run big. I ordered 9.5 to fit exact knowing I'd need an insole because of the pointed tip and heel incline, plus wearing with a thicker tight ir even sock. The boot is still 1/2 a sz too big so it felt like I ordered a 10 for that forward movement you get with a heel although I ordered my actual sz. They did come on time, I'll give them that.
