Extremely happy with this scooter! It snapped together easily out of the box, charged quickly and ready to go. The app and product support are great. I am 6’1” and 175 lbs and this thing doesn’t buckle at all. I have it up to 19 mph and love the power. The cruise control feature makes it easy to ride for extended trips. I am still working on the range but after a 12 mile ride I still have 1/3 battery life. I did a lot of pricing before trying it out and feel I got a great deal for my money. At 65 y.o.     • Easily broken, not easily fixed
So I got this scooter for my son, who has experience riding scooters and he had a tumble. From that fall, the face of the display screen cracked but still worked. The next day right when when he rode it, the second it picked up speed, the screen flipped off and hit him in the face. I had assurion and sent it to them for repair. It came back worse than before! A new screen was literally superglued to the mount of the scooter, the brakes stopped working (they worked fine when it was sent back) and there is a random wire disconnected from the handle bars which I am assuming was used to connect the brakes. Further, when you turn it on, an error code shows up on the glued-on screen. They should have been ashamed of sending this product back in a worse condition than before. They didn't even try to repair it properly. I assumed returning it a second time would be quick - that's what I get for assuming. UPS was supposed to pick it up, but I did not hear from them. When I called Assurion to get the shipping label so I can drop it off myself, they told me that a supervisor had to call me in 2 business days to get a new label, and I have no idea why. I explained to them that I never got the 1st label so why do I need a 2nd one? I called the next day and a representative emailed me the shipping label. But why were there 2 shipping labels with 2 different shipping numbers. Yet again I had to call Assurion for the 100th time to figure out the proper label. All I want at this point is a credit because this scooter is obviously not safe and Assurion didn't make this experience any easier. Scoot away from this product quickly!! ... show more

When I saw that the scooter had a 350w motor I didn't think it would get me up any hills at a decent speed, but it does. I'm 150bls and it just climbs up steep hills like nothing

Bought 2 for Christmas. Figured my kids could ride them for days before charging. But the can only ride for about an hour before it's dead again.

This is the perfect scooter for my 13 year old! He takes it to school, friends houses and sporting practices which gives him a little more freedom. It charges quickly and the features you can control via the app work really well.

    • Reliable and Smooth
I bought this scooter for my college commute from my apartment. I've been using it almost everyday for about a month and it works great. The speed goes up to 19mph and it is very light and compact compared to other electric scooters. This scooter is also affordable, as it goes faster than other scooter brands and is also cheaper. The app is a little hard to use and finnicky. At first, I didn't like the cruise control and it would make a loud beeping noise when staying at the same speed for more than 3 seconds. I went on the app to try to turn it off but it took a few tries for it to actually work. As for the battery life, it works pretty well for me. I personally charge it every other day when it gets to about 50% battery because I'm worried about the battery running low when I am on campus.
