However, I found this commercial-graded weed barrier which material is thicker than I normally buy in the store, so it value for the money and looks like it can have a long duration. The size is easy for installing.

This is a super heavy duty fabric. I used in to line planter boxes. Compared to the fabric I normally use, this is thicker, stronger, and frays much less. This is better suited for more industrial purposes like driveways rather than light gardening, but even then if you need something heavy duty to block aggressive weeds & grass, this will do the trick. At the time of purchase it was over $75, so the value wasn't really there, but if the price comes down it would be a good value.

This feels like a very durable fabric and it installed easily into my first redone garden area. It doesn't include any stakes or other fasteners so be sure you have some on hand at least for the corners. It cuts easily and lays flat enough so I can get my mulch on top of it quickly. It's price is somewhat high though, originally it was $76 and even now at $60 it's still more expensive than other available 5 oz fabrics on here and I don't know that this fabric is substantially better than those.
