The media could not be loaded. Assembly is time consuming, it took me about 3 hours to finish, granted I used power tools and had some beverages along the way, I highly recommend laying out all the pieces in numerical order before starting to assemble, it makes directions and assembly so much easier without having to search for pieces. The tools they include for assembly are laughable, I couldn't imagine putting this together with them, so if you dont have tools, or power tools, I would recommend buying or borrowing some. It came damaged with missing parts. It seems like it was something that somebody else had returned. My money was refunded. I’m just going to buy the parts I need and fix it myself.the box is very very heavy and a lot of parts to put together but the mirror is beautiful. I would not open the box. This is a solid vanity doesn’t feel cheap feels sturdy and strong it is a lot of pieces to assemble to be aware on separating everything to make sure nothing came damage. Customer service does reply just note it may some time to respond. I’ve contacted to shipper & they are sending me a new piece since mine came defected although it’s a solid vanity 10/10 ... show more

After downsizing, I needed a vanity desk. My previous house had one built in, in my bathroom. None of the local furniture showrooms carried them. We live in a metropolitan area so that surprised me. I spent weeks searching on line. I was reluctant to order sight unseen but had no choice. This vanity desk is very close to what I was familiar with. It has a narrow center drawer and 3 deep drawers on each side. The mirror has 3 settings that are day, home and night much like a make-up mirror. Bonus is that the stool seat lifts up & more storage there. The cushion is comfortable. Putting together: my husband is a handyman so not a problem for us. However, each part is labeled with a number, each bag of screws, hinges, dowells has a number. The directions have pictures as well as instructions giving the number of the object needed. It also came with a small screwdriver but my husband used his power drill. My only con is that it wasn't packaged/cushioned enough. During shipping, the box received rough handling which caused several breaks in the box which resulted in a few scratches to the wood and a tear to the seat cushion. I sent pictures to the company & they offered to ship a replacement. I declined because I assume it will receive the same rough handling. Btw. the box is heavy. This vanity desk is a nice piece of furniture, has a lot of storage. I had an empty corner in my bedroom, measured prior to ordering and it is a perfect fit. I gave 4 stars because of the lack of cushioning and lack of a more durable shipping box. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It was fairly easy to put together, instructions are clear, all pieces were there, and the overall look is so gorgeous! It’s perfect and my teenager loves it! The three different lighting settings is one of her favorite parts. She also loves all the storage.

I recommend reading reviews before purchasing. The lighting is not good. I had to buy additional LED light strips and run them all along the mirror in order to make this work ok for my wife. Quality is ok. Overall design is nice and we like the large mirror. Assembly can be tough for someone who doesn't have much experience building things, but I thought it was straightforward and instructions were fine. My package was missing parts and the seller was responsive and nice enough to work with me & offered a discount. My overall opinion is that this product is NOT worth the money. $350+ is way too much for a "makeup" vanity that does not have sufficient lighting to do your makeup! Really defeats the whole purpose. Due to the quality of this product, I would expect this to be $150-200 range. ... show more
