We had problems with our first table. The board was damaged and the holes were not available in some of the areas. I was told, I would have to ship the product back and pay for the shipping. I was very upset because I didn't want to pay for the shipping. The company made good and shipped me a replacement. The table is perfect!!

This make-up desk was exactly what I was looking for because it was small, could hold my makeup inside, and has the option to close the mirror to convert to a normal table/desk. However, when I received the desk, not only are the instructions impossible to follow (only pictures are included that you must then try to make out what pieces/parts go with what), one of the leg mounts was faulty so I've been unable to attach the fourth leg. This has been incredibly frustrating as you can imagine, because I've spent so much time building it at this point only to be left with a three-legged desk. Not only was the piece faulty, but I can't get a response back from the seller! I've reached out twice now, and nothing - the only thing I asked for was a replacement mount piece! Customer service is horrendous and I would recommend steering clear of this headache.

Lots and lots of screws , it took two hours to put together. However it’s pretty nice , the light up mirror works great . I bought this for my 7 year old daughter and she loves it .

It comes in a billion pieces and it’s the second evening I’m trying and failing to put it together. The pictures accompanying my review show the most frustrating piece of this whole headache. This thing that holds up the mirror only turns in one direction so it’s impossible to close the lid. I tried to contact the seller but it feels like it’s becoming more and more difficult to get help these days and no matter how many times I try it doesn’t quite work. So here we are.
