This bed was easy to put together. It is sturdy. It looks great in the bedroom. I already had box springs, so I did not try the bed without them. I am sure the bed would be comfortable without the box springs because id had cross bars for support.

The media could not be loaded. The bed came promptly (arrived in a few days). The installation guides were mostly very clear except for a few details which require careful attention to the orientation of screw holes and interfaces. The few missing details in the installation guides make it easy to install parts incorrectly, resulting in holes not lining up. Install the header first, using its guide. Tighten all screws. Install header to verticals using frame instl guide, and then tighten these screws. Do not fully tighten any other screws during frame installation. Instead, leave a slight gap (just less than snug). If things don’t line up, recheck the figures on the front page and in the step you are working until all aligns. After all bed frame parts are installed correctly, then go back and carefully tighten each bed frame screw. So far, i am very happy with this purchase. Now i gotta buy a mattress and see if i am still so happy with the bed. :-) ... show more

A great bed for the money. Was a TOTAL pain putting it together because there are no instructions, only pictures. You’ll be scratching your head often. I eventually finished and I really like the bed. I hear no creaks as others have mentioned. I have a heavy high dollar mattress on it, which probably helps. It’s very sturdy and I love the USBs & A/C adapters. Wood color look good as well - better in person than pics. I plan to buy another soon and now that I know exactly how to construct it, it should only take a fraction of the time. Highly recommend. ... show more

Overall it’s a great investment especially for a first time bed frame… only complaint is the directions do leave out some small directions and when you get there it’s frustrating having to take it apart again to fit it on there. Directions aren’t completely clear but if you’ve got common sense it’s pretty self explanatory if you just analyze it! I went back and looked at the actual bed frame images on here to make sure I did it correctly. The quality is actually really nice for the price you’re paying, there were a few minor birthmarks but like I said overall great product! ... show more

Purchased this bedframe on 9/14/2023. The bed frame arrived on 9/18/23. Just last night my stepson and I assembled the bed. It took use roughly 3 hours to do it. And that was with about 30-45 minutes for a dinner break- i bought pizza. There are some headscratchers as far as the instructions go. The headboard itself we had to stop and redo, but we got it all figured out. In fact the headboard is the longest part of putting it together. Once you get to the frame itself you'll be done in no time. It is very sturdy and looks fantastic. The electrical plugs and USB outlets are a plus! Goodbye nightstand! I had bought a computer desk from this company last year so getting the bed from them was a no-brainer. It's not cheap materials. Overall i highly recommend this product. The bed frame arrived several days ahead of the promised delivery date which was great! It appeared to be packaged well and arrived in one box. Unfortunately, the assembly instructions for the headboard are very poor. As mentioned by others, pictures only and they are not very clear. Sadly ,the foot board was damaged on one corner, since it is metal it is crimped and sharp. The frame appears to be sturdy however, it is too soon to say how well it will hold up. I have notified the seller of the damages and trust they will send a replacement foot board. I will update further when I have heard from the seller and the frame has had several weeks of use, ... show more

i love this bed! it created such a more cozy space in my bedroom and it’s very cost efficient. i do have a couple of complaints though… 1. the bed took a good 4 hours to put together, so be mindful of this when considering purchasing. i understand some people don’t mind, but some are looking for an easy put together piece… this is NOT that. 2. i purchased this after reading reviews that the bed does not squeak during intimate times which was incredibly false. this bed is very annoying, loud, and squeaky during. i did find a solution though! i happened to put a blanket between the headboard and my wall. thankfully, this worked phenomenally and there is no longer a distracting squeaking sound coming from movements. overall, this was a great purchase and elevates my space! if you’re thinking about it, just buy it!!! ... show more
