This was perfect for our space. We needed a shorter cabinet to go under a closet bar & this was the best choice. Also loved the closed storage at the bottom. However, assembly took a while. My boyfriend and I built one simultaneously (we bought 2) and it took us over two hours, for just one. So if I had to assemble them myself, it would have taken me 4+ hours. There were so many screws to do and we had to do them all by hand. I can’t even begin to describe how many screws are included. But, that makes it more sturdy so I really shouldn’t complain. An electric screwdriver would have made our lives much easier, but oh well. Lesson learned. Anyway - just beware of that. In all, we would purchase again! Just check the measurements. I wouldn’t like these bookcases anywhere else in our house because of how short they are.

This cabinet is beautiful, and very sturdy. It took my niece about 45 minutes to put together. I helped a little. The only disappointment was that I couldn’t put my 3 ring binders on it. They would go horizontally but not vertically, but I am still glad that I purchased it. I also loved the fact that this cabinet wasn’t the type where you nailed the back on.

Perfect height and depth for shelves to hold books. The backing for the bookcase, is very thin but you don't see it from the front. Assembly is a pain. Once it has been put together, you should keep it in it's location because moving it is a little dangerous for keeping it together. The contained shelves are basically useless, and can put almost nothing in it. Good for it's price. The nobs for the cabinet looks cheap, but is easily replaced.

I like the size of the bookcase - I had only one area where it would fit - it fit perfectly. The height is great, it's sturdy. I used it in my office for books. I especially like the doors at the bottom of the bookcase - nice for storing items/papers that you don't want to be seen.

I bought this bookcase for my 8-year old daughter. I don't want to buy very short or very tall bookcase for kid's bedroom. This height is very suitable for 8 year-old kid...especially for her safety. White is her favorite color and she wants to decorate her bedroom with all white stuffs. My husband installed it...not so much difficult. I ordered two of them and other than them being smaller than expected they are nice. It comes in many pieces so get ready to put together a puzzle. They seem very sturdy so far. I purchased them for my living room but appearance wise they would look much better in a nursery or child’s room. They do come with all equipment needed including the anchor for the wall. The magnet on the cabinet is nice and strong. I ordered the white option. It is indeed WHITE! overall satisfied but wish I had paid closer attention to the measurements in the description.
