Looks so good! I love how it looks and the look of the electric fire is pretty realistic for the price!!! Like the other reviews slightly difficult to put to together, but I completed by myself just fine. Had all parts I needed. Took me about 2-3hrs. Only true complaint is that there were no existing holes in the tv stand to screw the electric heater in place (the very last step). I had to kind of create my own and screw the small screw directly into the wood, it was do-able, just annoying. ... show more

Had an issue in the very beginning with a defective piece. Customer service was extremely helpful and resolved the problem quickly! You cannot go wrong purchasing the stand. It is extremely well-made. Heavy not to mention gorgeous and we’ll go with any decor.

    • Missing screws
The overall quality of the item for this price is great. Unfortunately our box was missing 4 important screws 4x40mm, that we were able to purchase at the Home Depot instead replacing the entire unit. Be careful screwing the screws as the paint might chip.
