I'm giving these water bottles 5 stars because they are the best I have found for my 3 rough and tumble boys. I had a plain colored one first. After the first drop the color chipped and bottle dented (that was on concrete). That being said it is still in use over a year later with no issues. I somewhat recently purchased 3 with design. Those have also been dropped a handful of times and have yet to chip or dent. The one thing I noticed with the ones with design I hadn't with the plain colored one is if they are not closed (mouthpiece shut) they will leak. My kids are 2, 3 and 5. The 5 year old will shut the mouth piece. The 2 and 3 year old cannot be counted on to do as much and the water bottle has then leaked in bags/backpacks, and their beds. These come with extra straws, which is nice and the straws seem to stay in place even when the water bottle is dropped. Liquids seem to stay cold/ice is still in there after a day at school. I found in summer and outside the ice doesn't last long.

I bought this for my toddler for daycare. We've been through many different water bottles! Pros -leak proof IF the spout is all the way closed. Admittedly there are many times i forget to close it all the way. -Does keep drinks cool! -My toddler loves the design -It came with many stickers that i could write his name on. a MUST for daycare. Cons -The spout hinges to open and close. Sand has managed to get in that tiny space and is eating that plastic every time its opened or closed, and for the life of me i cannot figure out how to clean it out. no amount of soaking, washing, dishwashing is helping. -My toddler is rough on his things (as most children, and adults, can be), and the design does chip off fairly quick. We've had it for 3 months and the bottom is completely silver. all in all, it works for what i need! I dont know if i can buy replacement tops for it, but i will need that at some point. When all the design is gone too, my toddler will probably like something new, and we can cover it in stickers at that point.

This water bottle has gone through the wringer in the past 5 months and is still going strong. My toddler throws it down from her highchair multiple times a day, smashes it on everything and it's still in great shape. It does have scratches on the bottom but not terrible for the wear and tear its gone through. It didn't take long at all for my toddler to learn how to open and close the straw part on her own, so it's really worked well for us. Highly recommend.

Lots of people have gigantic refillable bottles for travel on planes, but because I don’t want to have to get up constantly to use the bathrooms, this gives me just enough to hydrate without going overboard.
