Even at the smallest setting, these hooks don't quite fit on my PVC fence. I'm able to get them to work, but they hang a little cocked.

These are sturdy and easy to use. They were perfect for hanging the oles the hold the pool net and brush. I have been using them for about a month, and the hook that is exposed to the elements (the other side is under a cover) has begun to rust, unfortunately.

Easy to put together - I was attaching this to a pool fence and there were clear instructions on how to assemble for both a fence vs wall mount. Seems stable, and I like that this came in white to match my pool fence. Time will tell how it holds up to the elements but so far so good.
