The texture reminds me of, believe it or not, Airheads. It has a gritty softness to them, but they're pretty good. As far as what I bought them for: weight loss and energy, I have lost weight (but it's also because i've been at the gym. I wonder would I lose weight from eating these alone). My energy is fair. I'm impressed. Been on n off the Dr sebi stuff for years. This exact blend is what I was looking for because I can literally Feel effects from one dose. And I gotta say- I felt just 2 of the gummies so it's def got sea moss /bw and Burdock in them no doubt. However this should be for a bandaid like when u go on a trip... you should still get most nutrients from Raw natural sea moss/other raw plants. These have an ingredient or two that's bad for u- however I'll say this is a WAY better "multivitamin supplement" than any other... ... show more
