I really wanted to love this tote—it’s spacious, sturdy, and great for organizing. However, the latches (or clips) that securely close the lid keep breaking off with regular use. I’ve had multiple totes from this brand, and it’s been a consistent issue. The body of the tote holds up well, but if you need something that truly secures closed, this might not be the best choice. Then that carton was packed into a larger box with paper surrounding. All in all there was only one of the lids that had a broken corner, but still attached. I bought these boxes to help pack up a preschool, and we were looking for clear storage bins to make finding items easier. The clear sides are very transparent and easy to see through. The latching lid makes packing a breeze, and the boxes stack nicely on top of each other, which is great for organization. These boxes can be filled pretty heavily and still be manageable, thanks to the sturdy handles. We didn’t have any issues with the handles falling off or the lids not fitting properly during packing. They are currently being stored in outdoor storage and have held up well to temperature changes. We weren’t particularly careful with them, but none of them have cracked or broken. They are slightly tapered for stacking, but it’s not noticeable when packing. I’ve had other brands with too much taper, making the boxes no longer seem square, but that wasn’t the case with this brand. After using them for my school, I purchased more for my home storage and have been very pleased. ... show more

Not sure how to actually review this. I LOVE the bins but their customer service is lousy. I have ordered this and the next size down several times and one shipment was missing 4 handles, and a couple of handles have broken (and I would buy replacements if they offered them) and the last shipment had a broken bin in the box, though the box was not damaged in any way. I have called and emailed IRIS about both issues and have not heard anything back. I won't order any more of their products until I get the handles and a replacement bin. ... show more

The size is perfect for what I need!0 This needs to be shipped better. Amazon, please do a better job. I received 4 of the 6 in great quality. The fifth one had a crack. The 6th one had cracks and chunks broken off of it. Lots of plastic pieces all over in the box. I’m including a photo of the a portion of that one. It was the most exterior one in the box.
