I've encountered horrible instructions from mass produced shelfing off of amazon but this takes the whole cake. Nothing is labeled and you have to compare printed bars to figure out what letter out of the dozen bars you have to screw together. I had to take it apart twice because part a turned out to be part b, etc. It's also super flimsy. I got this for the convince of being able to fold it for room in a small place but i feel like if a breeze blows through it's going to fall. I bought this for air drying slightly damp laundry (on hangers). What I love about it is that it folds up neatly and can be stored easily. IRIS products are typically space saving, and this one really is. This can be used in zigzag or triangle configuration. I can spread it out like a zigzag for maximum capacity, or, for smaller loads, it can be folded into a small tight triangle, which is very stable. When spread out as zigzag, be mindful to give enough “angle” to stabilize the rack. Also, start loading from the center section for large loads. It is lightweight, compact, and super for air drying slightly damp laundry on hangers. It can be spread out in a long zigzag pattern for max capacity, or in a compact triangle for small loads. Best of all, it folds up easily for quick storage. For that alone, it is a winner for me! A few notes… 1. Assembly. Look over the picture of the finished product b4 starting. Notice the center section is slightly taller than the satellite sections. This a key point to help guide you more intuitively through the instructions. Make sure to align the holes for the center section with the “big picture” in mind. The rest follows. 2. Use. This is best used with hangers. You can hang things on end posts, and across top bars, but it does not maximize the drying space of this rack. 3. Shelf. The shelf can be placed on either side section. I actually removed it to make more room for long items such as pants. But, point is, its location is flexible, which is nice. ... show more

I bought the folding rack and the parts came unlabeled. The directions refer to parts A through N, yet none of the parts or even the bags they came in are labeled as such. Thus, the entire process to put together is a guessing game/puzzle. I've ripped apart the rack several times trying to get it right and have been unsuccessful so far. Still haven't even been able to assemble it, rendering this product absolutely useless. Would be nice if the product bags actually had the labels on them. I already opened the box and took everything apart so too much of a hassle to return. Was really looking forward to this product for my upcoming craft fair. ... show more

I hung a total of 30 items on hangers on this rack and could not keep it from tipping over, no matter how I arranged the items or the rack. If you need a rack that will stand on its own, this is not the one for you.

One of the M bolts holding together the rack is missing and two parts C and D (as shown in the picture) do not hold together because D's joint is too broad to fit. Edit: Looked around and found some bolts. They were attached to the packaging and had fallen out while I was organizing everything. Thank you God. They had not been attached to the rods as some of the other bolts had, so be sure to check your workspace to see if it fell out when you were unpacking everything. However, the extension of rod D was too wide at the bottom and I had to keep hitting it with my hammer until it could fit. It was annoying, so I will take a star off. ... show more
