I bought this as a replacement for one I had bought from TEMU that literally bent when I began to add garments on it. It was garbage. This one was perfect and strong enough to hold all the items I needed it to hold, which was a lot. I still have extra space for more. I even use the top for storage of a crib mattress, and the hooks at the ends for other accessories. It was easy to assemble and saves space. I like that it rolls and can easily be moved around. I disagree with those who say the instructions were simple, but I agree that assembly was easy. I had a bunch of plastic parts that don’t seem to have anything to do with assembly, I kept them just in case. I didn’t need any tools to put this together, not even the tiny wrench they supplied - I just easily screwed the parts together by hand. Where the instructions fell short was telling you to place the plastic shims at your preferred location - how are you supposed to know your preferred location before you assemble it? Turns out that I needed to place the shims a little further down than I did at the top to make room for the hanger bar. My tip is to have the Amazon page open while putting it together so that you can refer to an actual picture of the assembled product - that helped figure out a couple of things. You don’t need another person to assemble it, but another person would have made placement of the top shelf a little easier because it’s very high. I’m 6’1” and was able to do it by myself, but I was reaching over my head, and although it’s not that heavy, it’s kind of awkward. The assembled product is very nice looking, and VERY sturdy. The reason why you would buy this rack is self explanatory. Assembled it does exactly as pictured. I bought two of these to replace (4) garment racks. I had considered installing closets, wall mounted shelving etc. etc. These racks turned out great! Assembly is very easy. The build quality is good and does not feel fragile. But it is not heavy duty. I absolutely love these racks and definitely recommend them! I ordered a cloth cover to avoid sun light fading the clothes. Waiting for delivery. Some people have pictured damage due to delivery. I did have one shelve that was bent. I straightened it myself and used it as the top shelve. You can't see any damage. Also one of the plastic caps for the top poles was cracked. I can live without it. I mention these issues because other people posted pictures with their reviews. And I want to confirm this seems like a common problem. Lastly these are super easy to assemble. The trick is put the two plastic wedges into place on all (4) lower poles first. Then slide them into place in the bottom shelf. Do this with the bottom shelf on it's side on the floor. Then just tip the rack upright and you're ready for the next rods. A couple of other tips. As stated by others this rack is tall! If assembled outside of the room it will be in. You must tip it like pushing a dolly to get under door frames. Also you need to put the clothes hook pieces on in between shelves (facing in or out) prior to putting the top shelf on. Lastly depending on your preference the rod designated for shirts (using top or bottom placement). Must be given more hanging length. Shirts hang full length, pants are usually folded in half. This will all depend on where you place the middle shelf (the rod hangs off of it). 15 minute assembly time. Totally worth it! ... show more
