Good: Sturdy and seem durable. Lids lock solidly into place. Stackable. Inexpensive enough to let you focus on organizing rather than worrying about filling each to the brim. Multiple sizes available. Bad: I suspect these would age rapidly and break if kept in direct sunlight. So don't do that. Bottom line: Have proven invaluable to my latest household organizing effort. Just ordered more 6-quart and some 13-quart bins. Five stars.

These are great sturdy bins but it’s disappointing there is no cushioning in the package. Even just foam on the corners would help. 3 out of the 4 containers all had cracks in one corner. I bought them for my classroom storage. They’re so big it’s not worth the hassle of shipping them back. Just wish they would have had some sort of protection for shipping. Cause a fragile sticker isn’t enough if there isn’t any padding.

I don't like to write reviews on any of the products i buy but I was very disappointed with this product. The black handles were off the bins ( they are flimsy) and one bin came broken. i should have bought shoe plastic storage bins.

We bought these, and the smaller size, to store items we had managed to salvage after Hurricanes Helene and Milton hit our home. I was able to fit all our dog treats medication and a lot of dog food in one. The larger ones are wonderful for storing clothes in until we can rebuild and have some more closet space. I note that several reviews mentioned a chemical smell. We did find that, when we opened the boxes originally, but I think anything plastic sitting on top of other plastic items is going to have that problem. We left them out overnight and by morning everything was fine. I do like that the locking handle parts come off easily and go back on easily, but hold well when closed. And they do stack on top of one another without slipping.

I have been trying out different size and kinds of storage boxes for months now. I finally found the perfect fit for my project. I have hundreds of DMC floss colors and had been looking for a way to organize and store nearly 350 of them. Finally decided to use small plastic zip bags and these IRIS USA 6 Quart Stackable Plastic Storage Bins with Lids were a perfect answer. Now all my beautiful floss is numbered and in little bags and stored in 5 of these storage bins. They look so clean and neat on my shelf. And do not be put off by the carping about the handles coming off...sure they do...but take a second and no problem to put right back on. Not a deal breaker at all. Buy these for your storage problems. More than worth the money and the shipping was great...well packed and no damage. I'd buy these again in a minute.

I got these for the size and i felt i couldnt beat the price. They are large which is fabulous. But they're also quite thin and flimsy. I've had them for a week and one has already crack along the top of one of the corners. The handles do stay latched shut. I have 3 large canvases and a queen size down comforter stuffed in one box, so i appreciate that! I did buy these as an interim just to upgrade from old cardbaord boxes until i can afford something more sturdy. So i dont mind having something "cheap" for right now.
