I keep way too much stuff. I keep it for crafting, creating, building, electronics, wiring, 3d printing, whatever. I decided that clear bins were the best way to go, because "out of sight, out of mind". I then decided I needed bins that are just big enough to store all of X, but not too big...whatever X is. I figured "about a shoebox" would be the perfect size. I also wanted these to be cheaper and lightweight, but not TOO cheap, because I didn't want to use them sparingly. I wanted 1 box per thing, with the cord, and manual, and spare parts, etc. These bins were near perfect. Yes...3 of the lids were cracked when I took them out of the box, but the bins and lids are what I wanted/needed. They aren't super thick, so they can technically get damaged, but they aren't paper thin. They're that middle ground where you'd never try to stand on them, but you can stack them 7-8 high, full of stuff, and not worry about the lids/sides bending. I bought a ton of the bins and just decided to sort everything. All crayons in here. All colored pencils in here. All nail clippers/files/nailcare items in here. All X in here...rinse and repeat. I found that the quality of the bins, and size of the bins, and nature of the clear bins, was perfect. I have a stack of 20 in my office closet for all the stuff that I'd want near the office, but infrequently used. I took the rest of the stuff to the basement to be stacked on shelves. Exactly what I wanted. I was able to empty my drawers, toss superfluous items, and actually reach a level of organization I've never had before. Mind you, I'm not ready to be an IG influencer or anything, but I'm about 5% of the way there, so get ready for me! Seriously though, you always take a chance when buying stuff on the Internet and you wonder if you're getting a good deal, or if you're buying crap. These bins are cheap, but they aren't crap. They are good, and despite being asked to hold a lot of crap (even being stuffed with a ton of batteries), they aren't bowing or breaking, even when stacked. So maybe I shouldn't call them cheap...but just inexpensive. You can probably get higher quality bins, but you're also going to pay for that. I needed a butt ton of bins and crossed my fingers. I got the number and quality I wanted, for a great price, so it was the middle ground I wanted. ... show more

Great clear boxes for storing shoes! I love that they are big enough to fit a pair of shoes, but they are small enough that I can stack them on shelves or shoe racks (see picture). Yes, I agree with the other reviews that they are a bit flimsy and the lid barely clicks on, but they are an inexpensive option to organize my closet and store shoes that don’t get used too much. I took off one star because one box on the bottom arrived broken (see picture). I can’t fault the FedEx delivery guy because my doorbell camera caught him super gently placing the box on my porch. My advice to the manufacturer or seller is to place some padding inside the cardboard box or reinforce the corners to account for this issue. I recommend them and would buy again! ... show more

    • Flimsy and disappointing

The media could not be loaded. Perhaps at the price I should not have expected more (less than a buck fifty a box), but I hoped for it! As it is, despite the low price, I'm not sure if they are worth even less — somewhat lesser quality, though greater capacity, than better quality meal-size single-use lidded plastic take out containers, the kind you always rinse out and store because they are too nice to throw out. Compared to the take out containers, these are made of flimsier, thinner gauge plastic and are not at all air tight — maybe by design, to air out your sneakers, but admitting dust for longer term storage. The lids snap on loosely and they lack any kind of grips to handle them by. I suppose for some uses they may be ideal but for medium to long term storage they are flimsy, and inexpensive as they are, a poor value, at least in my opinion. They're very thin and the lids don't secure well. Personally, this wasn't a big issue for me as they were only meant to be used in one of my rooms to store 3D printed creations to sell. The first time I ordered was great, small cracks in some lids but they didn't effect functioning. The second order was bright pee yellow! I was using them to temporarily house baby axolotls, I can't use them like that! I returned them and got a 3rd set. These also had quite a tinge of yellow to them. Not as bad as before, but still very noticeable. I've given up, I'm not ordering them anymore. If you don't care about the yellow hue, they're decent for the price, but the yellow makes them nearly useless for me and just very unpleasant to look at. ... show more
