These 19 gallon IRIS bins are the perfect solution for our stackable storage needs. They are larger than the 16 gallon bins we replaced, but still easy to handle. We ordered a pack of 6 and began filling them up before we noticed one bin arrived with a hole in the bottom. My only option on Amazon was to return all 6 which we didn't want to do. (I noticed several reviews mentioned the orders arrived without any padding which was true.) There was no option to contact the seller so I called the customer service number on the IRIS USA website. I can't say enough about the wonderful customer service. Not only did an agent answer without going through an annoying voicemail menu, but she immediately offered to ship a new bin. She graciously apologized for our inconvenience and a week later the replacement bin arrived. We will now be ordering a second set. Go, IRIS USA! ... show more

I received broken bins and lids. I called customer support several times leaving messages with no response. 7 Nov. I emailed customer support with pictures, order information explained damaged items. 8 Nov. Iris US Celina Garcia, customer serv. rep. replied with the following info: Thank you for contacting us. We apologize that happened with your product. Do you know the exact model of your item? If not, can you send a picture of the label? Where was the original place of purchase? Can we have your shipping address, please? Could you check the bottom of the unit? The item will have a circle and an arrow pointing to which state it manufactured. (AZ, PA, TX or WI) This will help reduce instances such as this from occurring. Can you check for the second circle that has a number 1-12 and 2 numbers inside the circle? ATTACH PROOF OF PURCHASE ATTACH PICTURES OF THE DAMAGED ITEMS 8 Nov. I emailed pictures to assist in their QC and provided all information requested. 8 Nov. Iris US Rep. Celina Garcia Replied, Thank you for that information, I did go ahead and take care of this for you, we appreciate you reaching out to us. Shipping takes 10-14 business days. 8 Dec. This is the second order of these totes I have purchased. I find them to be mid-weight - not too heavy, but not the thin plastic you get with some manufacturers. I am pleased with the product, but unfortunately the last shipment I received has one lid broken. Is there any way to get a replacement lid? ... show more

We have purchased several sets of these bins for an upcoming move. They are handy and hold just the right amount of items. Our last set of six containers arrived in an intact box, however one of the sides was cracked on a bin and the lid handles were loose in the box. I tried to request a refund for the one bin but was instructed to return it without even asking for a photo. By the time the bin could be repackaged and sent back, as they requested or a replacement or refund could be given it would not have been worth it, as the move is in 3 days and nobody has time to get it shipped back during the chaos of an out of town move. There was no way to contact online via Amazon. It was likely a rushed packing job, but the last bin is useless. Not sure if it was distribution center or vendor error. ... show more
