These 19 gallon IRIS bins are the perfect solution for our stackable storage needs. They are larger than the 16 gallon bins we replaced, but still easy to handle. We ordered a pack of 6 and began filling them up before we noticed one bin arrived with a hole in the bottom. My only option on Amazon was to return all 6 which we didn't want to do. (I noticed several reviews mentioned the orders arrived without any padding which was true.) There was no option to contact the seller so I called the customer service number on the IRIS USA website. I can't say enough about the wonderful customer service. Not only did an agent answer without going through an annoying voicemail menu, but she immediately offered to ship a new bin. These are well constructed with nice locking closures that stack very well. Really like how compact these are since the 5 gallon buckets take up a lot of real estate in our storage closets. The finish is not shiny like the buckets and labels may not stay on like the buckets. However, great overall value and no complaints so far. Would definitely purchase again. Mahalo! ... show more

    • Over Priced Flimsy Plastic

Anyone thinking of buying these needs to read this first and take your chances after doing so. Let's begin by stating that this Seller had enough advance time to cancel my order and shipped it anyway. (This is not anyone I will be doing business with again in the future for sure.) I am still pending a refund. I could only return one of my two orders because it would cost me over $200 to ship. The return address is further than the location that these were shipped from. More than likely done on purpose so no one dares to return because honestly who has $200 laying around to blow on shipping. (I received my order from a location that would have been a fraction of the shipping cost, so why did the seller want me to ship to a different location than the point of origin?) I could probably come up with a few words here, but it is not proper and I want to keep it clean. Now for the product itself; The quality of the plastic is flimsy and not a real durable type. If you stack these make sure that you put nothing heavy in the top bin(s) because the one on the bottom will start to bow. Honestly for the price these should be of better quality. It's a shame that afterwards, I stumbled onto something at my local Hardware Store. They have bins priced at $10.95 and $14.95 that surpass the quality and durability of these and of course they have the really good huntsman quality type of bins still at a better price than these. Again to anyone who reads this review it is always your choice on how you want to spend your money, but I would look elsewhere first if I were you. ... show more
