Pros: Came well packages and the drivers did drop it off in my foyer vs the door step...THANK YOU GENTLEMAN!! Chair is easy to set up and get started for use. Color that I chose is grey and it blends well with my game room furniture. Controls to get started is just turning the power on. LOVE the price, it is way cheaper than most chairs I researched and does the same thing with some of the same features. Cons: The massage is brutal on the lower back at first so make sure to reduce the pressure settings BEFORE USE and adjust to your liking. The chair looked small in my living room but when moved to my game room, it became an eye sore because it is so bulky(The color matches so I'm keeping it). After the massage, the chair does NOT return to the sitting position. This has to be done manually(read the manual on how) The buttons on the remote and the chair are sensitive, so be careful or you will stop/restart your massage. I dislike the price because it was over the price of FREE..LOL Over all we are happy with the purchase.

I received the chair on the expected delivery date. It came freight because of its weight and size and was delivered to my doorstep. It was an easy setup, just had to install the footrest and plug it in. The chair is incredible, the massage is excellent. There’s multiple presets and individual location settings. That said, manufacturing communication has been non existent. There was an enclosed warranty card that you scan to take you to their website, you enter the information and then it says you’ll be receiving an email shortly. I’ve never received an email. I’ve since tried to contact them, you fill out a form and hit send and nothing happens. So I hope this chair last, because there seems to be no manufacturer support.

The media could not be loaded. This chair is amazing. My husband is an ultramarthon runner and absolutely loves the chair for muscle recovery for training. It has blue tooth, has heat, many settings, massage and compression are perfect. Another family member has chronic pain and sees pain management. This chair has done wonders for their health. I cannot recommend this chair enough and would definitely buy again!!

My husband and I purchased this pair of massage chairs. We absolutely love them. For me, after a good workout there’s nothing like a great massage. For my husband it helps get the kinks out as he has medical issues which cause great pain. We would certainly recommend these chairs!!

While in the return period keep your box! They will charge you a 15% restocking fee if you try to return it without it + it can take 30 days to process your refund. Easy to assemble. The leather quality is nice, and it’s surprisingly slim and fits in a small area. I’m 6’5 so my legs are too long to fully enjoy the leg massage. Foot massage feature is too rough- it’s like a hard plastic and doesn’t reach all the areas in the foot- I squeezing is nice though when I don’t want a rough experience Back and shoulder massage- it’s like a 3of5 mainly because I’m too tall for the neck and shoulder to reach and the ball massagers are very hard- they also don’t retract when finished so it’s not comfortable to just sit in after the massage is over. Hip stretch doesn’t do much of anything- just some air bags and inflate I don’t really notice a difference after 30 days of use. Is it worth it? I would say so, I don’t have another unit to compare it to but it’s better than a random massage chair at a nail spa and cheaper than getting massages everyday by a person. If you can afford it, get a more expensive one in the $3000 range for tall people

We both work stressful jobs and enjoy getting a massage. Let’s face it who has the time of money to keep up with that? I purchased this chair for my husband as a Christmas gift. I was worried about delivery as we have several steps into our home. The delivery gentleman was kind and got the chair onto the porch for me. A hit is the chair itself has rollers and is easy to move once out of the box. My husband uses the chair every night before bed. The massage and heat are the perfect combo before sleep. I have found putting the chair in zero gravity and grabbing my favorite book is a bonus of this chair. All around would recommend and purchase again.
