We have been using this for a month now and still enjoy it almost daily ! It is as advertised. The speakers are great, (which was not something I researched). The footprint it takes up is smaller than a recliner. It looks like a nice piece of furniture, (not cheesy material). Only con is that there was only one person sent to deliver, so we did need to help get it in the house,(it's heavy), but I believe you can choose delivery method. I like the chair. Some negatives: the voice control doesn’t work. It doesn’t respond except randomly says “I’m here”. No backlight on touchscreen. You have to do measure each time before you can choose your massage. Stretch is nice. Needs padding on bottom of foot and at hip. Almost returned it bc it’s hard to figure out. even made turning off the annoying music difficult. Once we figure some settings out it’s working well. ... show more

    • This chair gives me a great massage and is exactly what I wanted. It is perfect.
I had some specific criteria that I wanted in a chair. I wanted weightlessness, I wanted a SL Track that provided massage fingers, I wanted foot massage and a vocal response. I got those plus soothing music and a comforting massage.

It’s a little small for me 6’2” 200 pounds but not to the point where it’s uncomfortable. I just slump a little. All the settings are pretty great. It also isn’t weak. You can really crank up the strength! The install was easy. Came on a wooden pallet they put in the garage. I put each piece on a floor dolly to move them inside. Chair arrived excellent condition easy assembly very happy with my purchase only one problem is I didn't measure door entry to the bedroom chair is much wider than I realized my fault regardless chair looks great any place you put it now getting my wife out of it would be great 😃

This massage chair is wonderful to seat in and just relax with a massage. I wish there was a video to explain the different controls better than the manual does. Sometimes , I just want a gentle massage on my back and legs.
