I bought this because of the freezing temps coming to Houston. I work outdoors and wanted to keep the freezing wind off my face. It fit well and worked great. I wear glasses and there was some fogging but if you rest the bridge of your glasses on top of the mask nose piece there is almost no fogging. I'm glad I bought it and would definitely recommend it. I have used it for my bike commute with temperatures in the teens F (-12C). It works very well, fits well under the helmet, and you can lower the mask if it gets warm or need to show your face. If you are wearing glasses, a couple pieces of advice: 1) place the mask carefully and symmetrically, so you are not covering the lenses; 2) if breathing through the mouth, expire keeping your lips close to the mask holes (so the air/steam goes out in front rather than up). FINALLY!!! After buying quite a few masks and baklavas over the years, I finally found one that is super comfortable, fits great, and is made of a quality material (not the standard, itchy material in you typically find). Not to mention, my issue (like many) has been fogging of glasses/goggles. I paired this baklava with a pair of Pyramex I-Force dual pane goggles. It is a match made in Heaven! With the open nose area of the baklava and the larger seal of the goggles, it pretty much eliminated fogging. I can't say if it would do the same for other goggles or glasses, but I can attest to this particular combination. A+++ ... show more

    • Warm and reasonably comfortable but it still tends to fog my glasses.
It's been a cold windy winter where I live in New England. I'm outside a lot. And honestly this year I've been worried I could get frostbite on my nose. Saw this balaclava and hoped this could be the solution. It both was and wasn't. This is very wind resistant and my nose in particular stays very comfortable. But I do wear glasses and they do fog a bit around the edges. So if it's really windy and frigid I'll pull this up and the fear of frostbite goes away. But-and I'm sure any of you who wear glasses understand how annoying it is to be doing anything with your glasses fogged up. So this was reasonably priced and it does what it's supposed to when things get really cold. But, well I said it already. I had hoped that the way the nose and all the little breathing holes were set up that my fogging issue would be a thing of the past. ... show more
