Repairs and Maintenance Notes: (1) Keep fan in a dry environment (2) Do not use water or any other liquid cleaning agent, use only a clean brush or a clean dry cloth to wipe away any loose dirt or dust. (3) Under normal operating conditions, the fan should be cleaned every six months.

I did not need a whole lot of flow so I knew these weren't the most powerful fans going into it. They pull plenty of air through just fine, I have 1 pulling in and the other out. Air flow is just right and is all I really needed. The biggest concern I had was the noise, and these you won't have any problems with. They are super quiet. They were also fairly easy to install, I had to have someone help me to hold it in place while I tightened the tent vent hole around it, but overall easy. Operation is simple: install and plug in. Can't get much more simple than that. I do not have mine on a timer, but I'm sure they would do just fine. I may end up going that route soon, but for now they're on 24/7. ... show more

Hooked up to a simple temperature switch to pass air into a small unconditioned, but insulated space to keep the space from freezing. Worked extremely well and perfectly.....for 3 years nearly to the date. For the intermittent, seasonal use this has seen, I'd expect the motor to last several, several years. Now it's 50% more expensive. I guess I have a decision to make. Take a chance again on an otherwise good fan or go with a different (same) import part. You choose. ... show more

Lasted well over 5 years. I bought both and they both went out within a month of each other so if you buy this you can at least get 4 years out of it. Noise wasn't bad at all sounded like a small fan. and it pushed the correct cfm. satisfied 7.5/10

It's really loud on full power. Doesn't work with a conventional fan speed control. It was too small on the female end and to large on the male end. I had to do some custom metal work to even get it installed. Without being able to adjust the fan speed it is too loud. It blows enough air but I couldn't imagine turning it down. ... show more

Update Update After the team saw my review they took charge and are offering me a full refund. Great deal. Good customer service. Sometimes things are faulty. Got the fan 4 days ago, the fan blade takes a couple seconds to get spinning when turned on. Then seems to be struggling spinning the whole time. Its noisy, and it vibrates pretty bad. All that I can deal with, but it moves hardly any air and I only have it on about 9 feet of ducting. I'm not buying the 100cfm from my experience, maybe 50. ... show more
