First thought on receiving the device is it was packaged really well. Seems like a good quality. Tried 2 days after receiving it, at first was very nerve-wracking thinking ‘what if I get burn’ but of course the product says it’s going to be painless which I hope it would be. I’m not good with pain. It’s was slightly hot when on the skin. But not to the point it burn or anything. Just a little hot. I looked at the manual. But there was about the level that I couldn’t really understand how it really worked. So, I just started on with one bar level that was on display just to be safe. For now, so far so good.
