I was hesitant about purchasing a renewed phone, but the Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max, 512GB in Sierra Blue (Renewed Premium) exceeded all expectations! Thanks to the Amazon Renewed Premium Standard, the device arrived in near-perfect condition. Honestly, it’s indistinguishable from a brand-new phone. The phone’s physical appearance was flawless—no visible scratches, dents, or signs of prior use. The screen is pristine, and the Sierra Blue finish is stunning as ever. Most impressively, on the product condition page it says battery health is only a few percentage points lower than a brand-new device. With over 95% battery capacity, but amazingly the one i have arrived with 100% battery life I haven’t noticed any drop in performance or daily usage. As for functionality, everything works perfectly. The A15 Bionic chip is lightning fast, the ProMotion display is buttery smooth, and the camera system is phenomenal for photos and videos. The 512GB storage is a massive plus for anyone who likes to store high-res content or large apps. If you’re on the fence about Renewed Premium, don’t be! Once more Amazon renewed products do not disappoint. This is my 2nd time we buy a premium Amazon renewed product. I wanted an iPhone with a SIM card slot which works globally to be a Christmas gift to my nephew. Frankly, I was very concerned about the condition of the phone in general and whether or not it will work with non US SIMs after reading several reviews. I am happy to report I was not disappointed. The phone quality is great, looks exactly like a brand new phone, it works great & fast, good speakers, battery life 100%, and screen condition is perfect quality. The phone condition generally is similar to that of a brand new without a single scratch. It would can be considered brand new if also it came in Apple an original package. The only thing missing is the tool to get the SIM card out.

I would highly recommend you don’t buy refurb iPhones from Amazon. I took a change on this iPhone 13 Pro Max. It took hours to load all my info from other phone. Which was suspicion #1. Then after using I started to know the home buttons were not working properly, the end call button wouldn’t work to end a call. Then noticed the camera did not work. They also give u an inspection paper. Saying this phone was checked for all functions. Really, who checked it, a chimp. Cause whoever did should be Fired !! I’ll never purchase another phone from Amazon. I was also told by Amazon rep, that I’d have to call Apple for issues. Really, it clearly states any issues it’s refundable thru Prime. So I jus returned it thru Amazon online. Buyer beware, they want to issue u a refund 3 weeks later. My return has been at Amazon return facility for days. And I should of Been issued a refund asap. I will never purchase another refurb product thru Amazon. Advise all others to not do so too

Alright, so. Previous phone: iphone11 I was sketch at first because this one was purchased less than the other one, but let me tell you why I got this one. So, the other phone reviews said they had problems and even one with fake apple replacement and this one didn’t! The phone is smooth, fast, and doesn’t overheat. Most reviews say there’s came with only 80% battery health but, mine came with 100! Maybe I got lucky but hopefully they are better? Only problem is FedEx, I really recommend being up super early to receive the package and just check outside a few times (the first delivery person didn’t knock). yes, You need to sign for your package ! Anyways satisfied and comes with a charger!

This iphone came out of the box looking brand new. Completely flawless. Worked great in the beginning, but battery did not last as expected, which I could’ve lived with. Then it started freezing up, and would completely delete anything I had been working on, such as emails or texts. Got to the point where it would be connected to wifi, signal strength etc. was excellent, and the phone showed that, but would say it was not connected to wifi, and would act like it was not connected. Very frustrating, since I would be sitting right next to the router, which is connected to an outlet 3 feet away. I returned it. UPDATE 11/25/2023: Amazon received and signed for this return on October 19th, 2023. They keep giving excuses as to when the refund will be issued. Today, they sent me an email in response to my latest call stating due to strange activity on my account, I need to upload a government issued ID, which will take several days for a 3rd party to validate, and then they will decide whether or not to issue the refund!! I am contacting the Federal Trade Commission.
